Python Makes An Appearance On This All-Red Nike Air Force 1 Mid

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 1 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 2 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 3 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 4 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 5 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 6 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 7 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 8

We just found out that the Nike Air Force 1 Low Linen is expected to make a return later this year, but if you’re a bigger fan of Mids then this one is for you.

Seen above is one of the latest colorways of the Nike Air Force 1 Mid which feature a full Gym Red upper. What makes this pair stand out from any other Air Force 1 is the fact that it has python-textured leather on the overlays to give it an exotic and premium look. The branding, laces, tongue, inner liner, and strap have also been done in red with the only source of contrast being the white sole unit.

You can purchase this luxurious colorway of the Nike Air Force 1 Mid at select Nike retailers now for $105.

Author’s Take

I like the python textured overlays, but if some color contrast was added on the upper this shoe would have looked a lot better. I’m kind of tired of the all-red colorway already.

kobe

Remember the Nike Kobe Fade To Black Pack that released earlier this year? You know, the pack that 95% of us struck out on? Yeah, that one. Well, you’re now going to get another chance in picking up a pair from the pack (or strike out again). With the Los Angeles City Council recently naming August 24th (tomorrow) as Kobe Bryant Day, Kobe Bryant’s official site has decided to pop some bottles for this grand occasion and restock the entire Nike Kobe Fade To Black Pack. Said to be releasing in limited quantity, it appears as if every single pair/model from the pack will be up for grabs at retail price. The restock will be limited to one pair per person so now is the time to start thinking which pair you’re going to go after. Make sure you check back on Kobe?s official website early tomorrow to find out exactly when the shoes will be dropping.

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 MID 1 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 MID 2 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 MID 3 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 MID 4

If you can’t afford to get a custom pair of Air Force 1 done with real python leather, than the Nike Air Force 1 Mid Black Python is probably the next best thing. Using a Black leather with python leather texture placed all over, let’s take a look at thus lux looking version of the AF1 Mid.

The shoe starts off with a Black leather upper. Black smooth leather us used on the toe, side panels, heel and Nike Swoosh, while python leather texture is placed on the remaining parts of the upper. Tonal branding and laces complete the monochromatic look up top. Down low you will find a White sole unit to give the shoe some nice sharp contrast. Available internationally, we will let you know once these arrive stateside.

Author’s Take

It’s okay, but it’s not for me. I’d actually like to get a pair of custom Jordans/AF1s with real python leather somewhere down the line. Go big or go home, right?

The Nike Air Max Plus Features A Navy Fade Gradient Upper

Thanks to the almost unlimited possibilities with its color-faded mesh upper, the Nike finds another new look for the Air Max Plus this fall. This time the fiery Air Max model cools down a bit with a color palette in navy blue and white, which transitions from heel to toe with the TPU webbing in dark navy. Unfortunately, fans of the Air Max Plus may be feeling the blues, becasue it looks like these will remain exclusive to Foot Locker in Australia and Europe.

The Nike Big Nike Low Is Making A Return!

BIG NIKE LOW 1 BIG NIKE LOW 2 BIG NIKE LOW 3 BIG NIKE LOW 4

The Nike Big Nike Low was a big deal back in the 80’s, no pun intended. But just like many other sneakers, it began to fade over time. With retro releases being as popular as ever, Nike has decided to bring back the Nike Big Nike Low.

Widely known for being seen on the feet 7’7″ NBA player Manute Bol, the shoe got its name due to the big Nike branding placed on the heel of the shoe. The shoe comes in a White leather upper coming in low top fashion, while hits of Red are placed on the Nike Swoosh on the side panels, heel, lining, outsole and the NIKE branding on the rear. One thing worth mentioning is that the Nike Big Nike Low uses the same sole unit as the Air Jordan 1. Returning internationally next week, it’s only a matter of time before these arrive stateside.

Author’s Take

This was a little bit before my time, but the shoe definitely has an ’80’s vibe to it. For the right price, I’d pick up a pair.

A Sneak Peak At The Upcoming Dave White x Nike Air Max 95 No Sew

Dave White Nike Air Max 95 1 Dave White Nike Air Max 95 2

Artist Dave White is once again linking up with Nike for this upcoming and highly anticipated collaboration. This time around, the shoe canvas is none other than the Nike Air Max 95, which happens to be one of Dave White’s favorite Air Max models.

The AM 95 No Sew is a modern version of the classic AM. Nike had no sew construction sneaker on heavy rotation back in 2014, but it was sort of missing in action last year. This year, the model is getting a twist thanks in part to the artistic creativity of Dave White. Said to be inspired by rabbits in the countryside, the art on both pairs is one of a kind. Heavy brush strokes and a plethora of paint splatter give both version a unique look and feel. The first pair comes in a bold Orange with plenty of stuff going on on the side panel and heel region. The second pair comes in a Light Bone and Tan hue as it displays orignal rabbit artwork done by Dave White. Check out both pairs from the Dave White x Nike Air Max 95 No Sew collaboration and make sure to check back as more info begins to arise.

Author’s Take

The Light Bone colorway looks pretty dope. It kind of does look like art done on a sneaker.
