Joining alongside the Black Space colorway next month will be another iteration of the Nike KD 9, dubbed “On-Court” or initially nicknamed ?OKC Home,? since Durant has now departed for Golden State.

Doused predominantly in blue with subtle black detailing across its intricate flyknit upper, more tonal accents of black are utilized for the laces, inner lining and outsole, followed by additional hits of blue gracing the midsole unit. I like the Air Presto and the Air Presto Ultra Flyknit, but this Mid version is a little too extra for me. I don’t like the extended collar and all the zippers. These are a pass for me.

Nike SB Drops Another Skunk Dunk High

There’s an all-new “Skunk” Nike SB Dunk High. But don’t get too excited, marijuana enthusiasts, because these don’t seem to have anything to to with your favorite herb like the last “Skunk Dunk” from 2010. This time around, the colorway is apparently inspired by an actual skunk, featuring a tonally striped black textile upper with a white tongue and laces. We’re really not sure exactly what the inspiration is behind this colorway yet, especially in regards to the bright yellow and orange marbled outsole. But there is a skunk illustration on the insole, confirming that they have something to do with skunks. Pairs are arriving now at select Nike SB retailers like Premier.

A Nike Air Foamposite One Made Just For Halloween

Nike Air Foamposite One i 1 Nike Air Foamposite One i 2

We’ve got a new Nike Air Foamposite One one the way, and this one appears to be made exclusively for the Halloween season. Inspired by a jack-o-lantern theme, this is sure to be a hit for the younger crowd.

Said to be a grade school exclusive, the majority of the posite upper comes in a Black colorway. The fun and bold part of the shoe lies on the heel region where you will find what appears to be two candy corns used as eyes on each respective heel. Below you will find hits of Orange and Red that come together to create a pumpkin carving “smile”. An icy translucent outsole appears below to help complete the look of the shoe. Rumored to release next month, stay tuned for an exact release date. Hot or not? Sound off in the comments below.

Author’s Take

It’s a GS release, so it works if that’s the target audience. With that being said, I’m sure we’re still going to see plenty of grown adults wearing a pair that they can squeeze in.

Nike Is Releasing Halloween Foamposites

The Nike Air Foamposite One is making a comeback for Halloween with a spooky jack-o-lantern inspired colorway perfect for kids. Not too much info is available about this upcoming pair, but the playful take is most likely a grade school exclusive given the candy corn heel stitching that doubles down as eyes for the menacing pumpkin-carving homage.

Most surprising about the Nike Foamposite Halloween is the fact that Nike Sportswear decided to dress the upper in a black base instead of orange which allows for the heel graphic to truly shine. A darker than usual icy outsole adds a nice finish while the Swoosh branding stands out in dark orange stitching. Check out more of these Halloween Foamposites after the break and be on the lookout for this pair to arrive at retailers this October.
