Author’s Take

Looks a lot like the Air Jordan 10 OVO just without the stingray detailing. Will that be the only reason that these sit on shelves and the OVOs don?t? If you like the OVO 10s I don’t see why you would not like these, unless you’re some kind of Drake Stan or something.

Out of all of the PE colorways that were created of the Air Jordan 2 Low and the Air Jordan XXX these would have to be my favorite. The colors used on both pairs are real nice and the print on the pair of 2s gives it a really unique look.

The North Carolina Tar Heels are constantly receiving PE colorways of many Air Jordan silhouettes so it should be no surprise to see them get their own Air Jordan 2 Low and Air Jordan XXX. The Air Jordan 2 Low opts for a full Carolina Blue upper with UNC print on the inner liner and the team logo on the tongue. Next we have the Air Jordan XXX which features a gradient look on the upper that features White, Carolina Blue and Navy blue towards the heel.

Author’s Take

Jordan Brand should have released this colorway of the Air Jordan XXX to the public instead of this one. Whether you’re a fan of North Carolina or not I’m sure that many people are fans of both of these colorways.

Only A Few Days Left Before The Air Jordan 5 Low Fire Red Arrives

AIR JORDAN 5 LOW FIRE RED 1 AIR JORDAN 5 LOW FIRE RED 2 AIR JORDAN 5 LOW FIRE RED 3 AIR JORDAN 5 LOW FIRE RED 4

Who’s ready for the Air Jordan 5 Low Fire Red release? Set to release this weekend, today we take one of the last looks of the latest colorway to drop on the low-top version of the Air Jordan 5 Low.

This shoe is almost identical the Air Jordan 5 Black Tongue. The only major and noticeable difference is the color of the netting. Instead of coming in clear fashion, the low-top paints the netting black. Everything else appears to remain the same. A white leather upper is contrasted by the black and red hits placed on the midsole, tongue and lining. Jumpman branding appears on the heel and tongue. The outsole is done in an icy translucent fashion to complete the major parts of the shoe. Releasing March 12th for $175, are you looking to pick up a pair?

Make sure to visit our Air Jordan 5 Low Fire Red launch page for additional images, video and other important updates regarding this release.

Author’s Take

One of the best colorways of the Air Jordan 5 Low, but still not good enough to make me want a pair. The only cop I would cop would possibly a Air Jordan 5 Low in a Laney colorway if Jordan Brand ever decides to make a pair.

March Madness is right around the corner and Jordan Brand is hooking up a handful of their schools with PE colorways of the Air Jordan XXX and Air Jordan 2 Low with one of those schools being Marquette University.

It obvious why they chose to create and Air Jordan XXX, but it’s still not too clear why JB decided to include and Air Jordan 2 Low in the collection instead of something more popular. Looking at both silhouettes above we can see that the Air Jordan XXX and Air Jordan 2 are dressed from head to toe in Marquette University colors that include a few different shades of blue, gold and white.

I like the navy blue and gold accents, but I’m just not a fan of Carolina/University Blue. I’m sure both of these pairs look dope when you rock them with the Marquette jerseys.

We May Be Seeing The Return Of The White and Red Air Jordan 11 Low

Air Jordan 11 Low 1 Air Jordan 11 Low 2 Air Jordan 11 Low 3 Air Jordan 11 Low 4 Air Jordan 11 Low 5 Air Jordan 11 Low 6

For the most part fans of Jordan Brand don’t really embrace the low-top versions of any of their retro sneakers. However the only exception may be the Air Jordan 11 which many people people label as “the perfect Summer sneaker.”

This year we may see the return of one of the most popular colorways ever with the White and Varsity Red colorway. This Air Jordan 11 Low comes equipped with a white mesh upper and Varsity Red detailing on the patent leather mudguard, Jumpman branding on the heel and the outsole. The return of the sneaker has not been confirmed at the moment but it’s interesting to note that the production dates on the inner tag from the pictures above are from 2016.

Would you like to see this classic colorway of the Air Jordan 11 Low make a return this year? Let us know down below and stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for any updates on this potential release.

Author’s Take

There’s only a couple of colorways of the Air Jordan 11 Low that I would consider buying and this white/red version isn’t one of them. I’m sure lots of people will be hyped if this rumor is indeed true though.

Another Colorway Of The Air Jordan 12 Will Be Releasing In 2016

Air Jordan 12 1 Air Jordan 12 2 Air Jordan 12 3 Air Jordan 12 4

As if there wasn’t enough colorways of the Air Jordan 12 releasing in 2016 already, it appears that we can now add another one to the list with this pair that will be a grade school exclusive.

This Air Jordan 12 will be dressed in a mixture of White, University Blue and Metallic Gold. There is no pictures of the shoes yet but it’s rumored that they may have similarities to the “Melo” pair that released back in 2004. The images above are of the 2004 Air Jordan 12 WMNS pair and only a reference to what the shoe may possibly look like. At the moment this Air Jordan 12 is expected to release on April 2, 2016 at select Jordan Brand stockists for a retail price of $140.

Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more developments on this upcoming release as more information surfaces.

I’m not a fan of University Blue/Carolina Blue/Sky Blue or whatever else you wanna call this light shade of blue so I don’t really mind that these will be a GS exclusive.

Another Look At The Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar

Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar 1 Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar 2

What did you think of the sneak peak of the Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar that we shared with you over the weekend? Did you like the fact that Jordan Brand is crossing over to the sport of soccer by coming with an Air Jordan 5 inspired by one of today’s best soccer player?

The Neymar inspired Air Jordan 5 Low most notable feature is definitely the 3M reflective silver treatment placed all over of the upper. Adding another dimension to the shoe are the black speckles placed throughout the shoe. In addition to the boldness of the shoe, the Air Jordan 5 Low will also come with black accents found on the midsole, side panel netting, eyelets, laces and tongue. There is also some color on the shoe as infrared hits are placed on the lace-lock, inside of the tongue and parts of the outsole. Lastly, Neymar is recognized on the shoe as his jersey number (10) is stitched on the heel of one of the two shoes, while the customary 23 is placed on the other. What are your thoughts on the shoe? Are you looking forward to the release?

via: realkchickenwop

Author’s Take

The 3M Cement upper is definitely the star of the shoe. Although I?m not a soccer fan, I do know who Neymar is so it?s cool to see a player from another sport gets recognized by Jordan Brand. The personalized hits are also really cool. Can?t wait to see the rest of the shoe.

Our First Good Look At The Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone

AIR JORDAN 9 LOW PANTONE 1 AIR JORDAN 9 LOW PANTONE 2

Last week we provided you with a leaked zoomed-in image of the Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone that you see above. Today we get a much better look at what the entire shoe is going to look like.

As you can see by these new images, the Air Jordan 9 Low comes in a Carolina Blue leather and suede that takes care of the entire upper. Adding to the tonal look of the shoe are the laces and Jumpman branding on the midsole. The shoe also has hits of black placed on the inner lining as well as on the heel of the shoe. Giving the shoe a bold and classic look is the all-white midsole. No word yet on when these will release, but be sure to let us know what you think about the shoe now that you got your first good look at it.

via: realchickenwop

Author’s Take

I don’t really like Pantone-colored Jordans. While this is an Air Jordan that I don’t mind seeing in low-top form, I’d much rather get a different colorway of the shoe.

Did You Catch Jabari Parkers Air Jordan 12 PE Last Night

JABARI PARKER?S AIR JORDAN 12 PE 1 JABARI PARKER?S AIR JORDAN 12 PE 2

Last night, the Milwaukee Bucks were victorious over the Miami Heat 114-108. Jabari Parker of the Bucks finished the game with 23 points which definitely helped put his team on the winning side. Parker managed to do this while wearing a pretty dope Air Jordan 12 PE. Done up in a white and dark green colorway inspired by the team he plays for, Parker’s PE was a thing of beauty. Further adding to the Bucks theme are the small red accents found throughout the shoe. Is this the best Air Jordan PE we’ve seen all year? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Quick question, is this colorway better than the upcoming Air Jordan 12 French Blue release?

via: sneakers_on_court, bucks

Author’s Take

It’s a really great colorway on the Air Jordan 12, and I don’t even consider myself a fan of green sneakers. The shade of green is pretty clean and it meshes well with the all-white upper.

Air Jordan 5 Low Fire Red Available Now Through Stadium Goods Early Access

This weekend, the Air Jordan 5 Low “Fire Red” will arrive at retailers exuding a certain OG aesthetic even though the pair has never released before. That’s because the “Fire Red” colorway was such an iconic color selection when it arrived on the Air Jordan 5 back in 1990 that it’s translated over to the low top variety of the silhouette. Sure, there are some differences in this version ranging from the black side panel mesh to the lack of ’23’ PE branding, but with releases like the “Alternate” and this upcoming “Fire Red”, Jordan Brand is showing that traditional Chicago homages can still hold an interest. Check out more detailed photos below and pick up this Air Jordan 5 Low today from Stadium Goods.

Jabari Parkers Air Jordan 12 PE Is Similar To A Rare Ray Allen PE

Easily the hottest Air Jordan on the NBA court so far this year, last night Jabari Parker broke out a brand new pair of Air Jordan 12 PE’s in the white and dark green colors of his Bucks squad. While new to Jabari, a very similar colorway hit the court over ten years ago on the feet of the master of Air Jordan player exclusives, Ray Allen. Sugar Ray rocked the same white and green 12’s way back in 2004 as a member of the Seattle Sonics. Jabari’s new pair does have one difference, though, the addition of a few hits of red accents. Compare the two PE’s here, and let us know if you’d like to see the white and green Air Jordan 12 colorway hit retail.
