Subtle contrasting tones of black adorn the inner lining, tongue and Jumpman globe badge on the rear, while additional pops of university blue adorn the heel, accompanied by a number ?23? embroidery in white.

Look for a pair at select JB and Nike retailers on Saturday, June 11 for a price tag of $170.

Author’s Take

I don?t hate how it looks in low-cut form, but I?d really prefer the model in its original form. The colorway isn?t for me, but it?s pretty appealing. This should get some attention.

I?m not really a fan of the silhouette in this low-top form. The colorway is solid though, but it?s an easy pass for me.

Durability On The Air Jordan 12 Black Nylon

Even more images of the revamped Air Jordan 12 with nylon is unveiled, as the modernized basketball silhouette is suggested to debut in the next few months.

As previously reported, the sneaker is defined by the utilization of the synthetic polymer across the majority of its upper construction and tongue. Noted to be waterproof, the addition of this fabric offers more versatility, as well as subtracting the overall weight of its profile.

Premium leather overlays are applied on the forefoot and lateral portion to retain its premium and iconic flair, while other notable details include bright red accents adorning the tongue, an embossed branding on the heel and clean, white rubber sole unit.

Priced at $190, the sneaker is set to debut at select JB and Nike stockists on September 10.

Stay tuned for more updates.

Author’s Take

Like I shared before, it?ll be interesting to see how this model does. This variation looks really solid. I always wondered if the brand would explore new materials and apply it on classics just to see how it would be received. For example, the utilization of flyknit or engineered mesh as well.

The Jordan Brand “City Pack” highlighted by the Air Jordan 10 Retro makes a return next week as the brand makes stops in London, England. An Air Jordan 8 UNDFTD Is Rumored To Release In 2017

A few MAJOR upcoming rumored releases have already been announced today such as the possible return of the White/Red Air Jordan 13 and the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport in the Spring of 2017.

The news continues to roll out as we have just found out that an Air Jordan 8 UNDFTD could also be releasing in 2017. Reported by reliable sneaker source @Baltsneakershow, he claims that this collaborative Air Jordan 8 will look just like the Air Jordan 4 UNDFTD that released back in 2005. This means it’ll presumably have an olive upper with black and orange accents.

There is no confirmation from Jordan Brand yet regarding this release, but make sure you stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more updates.

Note: There is no images of the possible release yet.

Author’s Take

A green Air Jordan 8? I’ll pass. I’m not a fan of the Air Jordan 8, even if it’s a collaboration with UNDFTD.

Mitchell & Ness Releases Michael Jordans 1997 NBA Finals Jerseys

In May, Jordan Brand brought back the Flu Game 12s in original form for the first time since the 2004 retro release, and this Saturday, on the true anniversary of the game, Jordan Brand is setting up a pop-up shop in Utah to commemorate the day. Mitchell & Ness, a brand that has been on point with the Jordan milestone dates, is coming through yet again with the release of the Home and Road editions of Michael Jordan’s 1997 NBA Finals threads. That includes the white ‘Home’ version, paired with the Playoff 12s, and of course the famous ‘Road’ red, which Jordan wore for the unforgettable Flu Game. These ’97 Finals jerseys release tomorrow, June 10th, at Mitchell & Ness retailers as well as the brand web-store (shoes are not included).

Is This The First Look At The Air Jordan 13 Black Cat

While nothing official has come out of Jordan Brand, early reports suggest that the shoe you see above could very well be the Air Jordan 13 Black Cat said to be dropping during the Spring of 2017.

As mentioned earlier, the Jordan 13 will come with distinct features that go along with the Black Cat nickname. Things such as paw prints on the outsole and the panther?s eye on the hologram are rumored to be a part of the shoe’s motif. From this angle, we’re not able to see those features, but I’m pretty sure we will get an even better look in the near future. Thoughts on the shoe? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

The features that go along with the theme is cool, but in my opinion, the shoe is a little too plain for my taste.

The Air Jordan 4 Motorsport Will Release Spring Of 2017

According to reliable source, @BaltSneakerShow, one of the most highly coveted Air Jordan 4 colorways of all time is set to release to the public next year. Yes, I’m talking about the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport.

When the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport initially released, it didn’t drop as a GR to the public. As a matter of fact, the shoe was only given to members of the Jordan Brand Motorsport team. So if you weren’t a part of that exclusive club, you probably don’t own a pair. For some reason (which I’m not mad at), Jordan Brand has decided to release the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport to the public. This Motorsport 4 will come with a White leather upper, offset by the hits of Black and Royal Blue placed throughout the shoe. Mars Blackmon branding also appears on the side of the heel to give it that official look and feel. No info yet in regards to the release date, but keep it locked as more details are sure to surface.

Author’s Take

Pretty clean colorway on the 4s. The fact that it was once a rare sneaker to own should be more than enough reason for people to want a pair. That’s how it works, right?

Best Look Yet At The Air Jordan 11 Space Jam

This December’s Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” is shaping up to be the defacto release of Jordan Brand’s 2016 for a number of reasons. The remastering process has transformed this iconic Air Jordan 11 colorway back to the OG days of early 1995 samples, as the retro mimics the pair that Michael Jordan wore during his second-round matchup against the Orlando Magic. The patent leather is cut a bit differently here and showcases a white shade on the piping as all OG Jordan 11s did. Then there’s the ’45’ heel branding replacing the usual ’23’ stitching. The iconic Space Jam Jordans return on December 17th for $220 USD so you have some time to plan on how you’ll be grabbing your pair. Check out the most detailed look we have yet after the break and head over to our Jordan release dates page for a full look at all of the upcoming Jumpman plans.

The Air Jordan 13 Melo PE QS Is Releasing Next Year!

Fans of the Air Jordan 13 are going to be happy about this one. It is being rumored that the Air Jordan 13 Melo PE will release Spring of 2017 as a Quickstrike release. As some of you may remember, Chris Paul had an Air Jordan 13 PE drop last year, now it’s Melo’s turn.

The Jordan 13 comes in a semi-Nuggets color scheme as a Black upper is accented by the Gold/Yellow hits placed on the overlay. If this is in fact a Melo PE, don’t be surprised if you see a Melo signature logo placed on the tongue. As of now the shoe is not officially confirmed, nor does it have a release date, but early reports are saying that the shoe is expected to release sometime next Spring. Does this potential release get you hype?

Black and Yellow/Gold sneakers are always a good look in my opinion. I’m not a big fan of Carmelo, but I’d be willing to pick these up because they’re that nice!
