The adidas Originals Stan Smith is gearing up for the upcoming cooler weather as the shoe has just released in a new Primeknit Wool construction.

Constructed out of a one piece upper, this classic silhouette gets dressed in a new material that combines Primeknit and wool for a fuzzy look that many people like to rock during the months of Fall and Winter. This pair comes in grey with a an off-white rubber sole unit added for contrast.

For anyone that’s interested, you can pick up this new Primeknit Wool Stan Smith directly from adidas.com for $120.

We just found out that the Pharell x adidas NMD Human Race in the Scarlet colorway will be kicking off the month of October, now we can add another pair to the growing collection.

Also arriving at select retailers on October 1st will be the Shale Blue colorway of the Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race. This collaborative NMD from Pharrell and adidas features a Shale Blue Primeknit upper with Footwear White accents on the Boost midsole, outsole, and the embroidery that reads ?Human? and ?Being? on each shoe. Black has also been added on the cages that hold together the unique lacing system and on the EVA inserts.

Look for the Pharrell x adidas Human Race NMD Shale Blue to release on October 1st for a retail price of $240.

If this were a darker shade of blue I would have liked it better. Even if it was, I can’t see myself paying $240 for this shoe.

The adidas EQT Support ADV gets toned down for fall with this new “Cool Grey” colorway sporting a base of grey and black mesh with synthetic overlays also in black along with a white sole unit. Up next for the adidas Tubular Doom Primeknit is this all-White offering set to release in the near future. If you’re not afraid of rocking all-White sneakers, you should take a good look at this drop.

Officially known as the Vintage White colorway, this version of the Tubular Doom comes with a Primeknit upper dressed in an all-White colorway. Other shades of White take care of the straps, sock-liner, heel counter, laces, Tubular sole and anything else I may have missed. adidas branding appears on the sock bootie as well as on the heel. No word yet on when these drop (in the states), but expect them to do so in the near future.

The adidas Consortium world tour hits the southern shores of Italy for a premium edition of the EQT Guidance ?93 by Sneakers76. Based in Taranto, Italy, Sneakers76 chooses come local folklore and colors for their version of the classic running silhouette. Drawing hues from the surrounding Ionian Sea, the premium suede upper with solid and perforated panels takes inspiration from the Greek myth of Taras, son of Poseidon, who was shipwrecked off the coast of the region but was saved by a dolphin and went on to found Taranto. The coastal them is achieved by using aquatic blue-green and sandy tan, as well as dark grey to signify the modern bridge that crosses Taranto’s harbor.

The sea-themed Sneakers76 x adidas Consortium EQT Guidance ’93 launches later this month at adidas Consortium stockists.

Way back in July we let you know that new colorways of the Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race were on the way, we just didn’t know when. One of those colorways had the shoe come in a Red upper, which is now known as Scarlet. We now have a release date to go along with the Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race Scarlet.

This collaborative version of the Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race will have the shoe come in a Red Primeknit upper sitting on top of a White Boost sole unit. Other features on the shoe include the White “Hu” and “Race” embroidered branding on the right and left foot, and the Black noted on the pods and cage that happens to be an integral part of he lacing system. Want to get a pair? You won’t have to wait much longer as the shoe is scheduled to drop on October 1st for the retail price of $240.

Author’s Take

I like the look of the shoe, I just don’t like the price that comes attached with it. If these were under $200 maybe, but at that price, it’s a shoe I have to pass up on.

Kanye West and adidas announced a new partnership back in June that will include Yeezy products that will be available at upcoming Yeezy retail stores.

In a recent interview with Vogue, West gave up some new details as far as where he expects the first Yeezy store to open up and how many stores he plans to open up.

?I believe the first one will be in California, since that?s where I stay now,? he said. ?I can go by there most often, check in, get the vibe. But I want to do 200 stores in the next year. That?s just me saying what I want. I?m not saying what can definitely happen but you might as well just state out loud what you want. That?ll put you one step closer to getting it.?

So now that there will be adidas Yeezy stores does that mean that his sneakers and clothing will be widely available and affordable for everyone looking to buy a pair of sneakers or a t-shirt? Let’s hope so. Here’s what Kanye had to say regarding that criticism.

?I?m very focused on trying to make things far more affordable, far more beautiful, and for far more people.?

Kanye wasn’t the only one making news at his Yeezy Season 4 show yesterday afternoon, as Pharrell showed up and showed out with a brand new adidas NMD pair that we’re hoping hits retailers in the near future.

Pharrell’s adidas NMD Human Race has been one of the many fan favorites of the sock-like Boost laden silhouette, and it isn’t too hard to see why with its stand out heel cage, woven upper, and unique and timely ‘Human Race’ callout throughout. This new Light Blue adidas NMD Human Race colorway was previewed not too far back but we got the best look yet during Yeezy Season 4.

The pastel baby blue shade works wonders on the adidas NMD’s upper while a multi-color trefoil branding hits the heel to add an extra pop. A stark black hits the ‘Human Race’ callout on the midfoot to match the cage and midsole sections while a white outsole matches the stark Boost technology throughout the footbed. While it’s reminiscent of the previous pirate black variation, this sneaker’s woven primeknit upper is accentuated by the defining stripe overlay across the model in a pastel peach hue, which also depicts ?SPLY-350? branding.

There’s no doubt that these would look pretty darn good while you’re rocking a tuxedo if you’re into that formal sneakerhead look. Releasing alongside an NMD City Sock, here are official images of the NMD_R1 from the Winter Wool collection which comes constructed out of a mix of warmth-giving wool yarn and breathable adidas Primeknit materials done in Core Black. Additional Black accents have been added on the EVA inserts on the midsole, the heel, laces, inner liner, and even the rubber outsole. The only contrast comes with the Boost midsole which has been done in White.
