Sneakers In 4K Retro (Kinda): Nike Air Foamposite One Mirror (Video)

The Nike Air Foamposite One Mirror is a very divisive pair of Foams. From the moment it was first revealed, opinions on the pair that dropped during the 2015 NBA All-Star Weekend has been mixed. Some have called it the best pair of Foams to drop since the infamous Galaxy colorway that changed the sneaker world forever, while others have criticized the quality of the sneaker as the chrome-like finish (it’s other nickname is Chromeposite after all…) made them susceptible to peeling, chipping and scratches.

One thing that we’re sure Foam fans can get behind is that a pristine pair of these kicks looks real pretty in 4K. How do we know? Because we shot a pair in HD since they look so nice unworn. Enjoy this look at the Nike Air Foamposite One Mirror in 4K and be sure to check out our other Sneakers In 4K videos for more rotating sneakers with soothing elevator music.

NIKE KOBE 11 CARPE DIEM 1 NIKE KOBE 11 CARPE DIEM 2 NIKE KOBE 11 CARPE DIEM 3 NIKE KOBE 11 CARPE DIEM 4

The Nike Kobe 11 Carpe Diem is releasing this month. As we get closer and closer to the release date, we will begin to get a better idea of what the shoe will look like. Today we’re here to provide you with the latest images of the Carpe Diem 11s.

Said to be inspired by the Nike Kobe 4 Carpe Diem that dropped back in 2009, the Nike Kobe 11 Carpe Diem rocks the same color scheme as the Kobe 4s. The shoe starts off with a Black upper constructed out of Engineered Mesh. The tonal look is contrasted by the hits of Court Purple and University Gold placed on the branding and heel region. A quilted stitching pattern is placed on the inner lining, while the sole comes in icy translucent fashion. Priced at $160, you will be able to pick up a pair on May 21st. Hot or not? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

It’s a solid colorway, but if I were to pick up a Kobe 11, I’m going to make sure it’s made out of Flyknit. Regardless, it’s still a clean colorway.

The forever-in-style retro runner gets a seasonal makeover that nobody will mistake for anything but a summer-minded colorway and construction, featuring the light and airy ‘Breeze’ mesh upper in a blazing Ghost Green and Pink Blast color combo. First Look At The Nike Internationalist No Sew

NIKE INTERNATIONALIST NO SEW 1 NIKE INTERNATIONALIST NO SEW 2 NIKE INTERNATIONALIST NO SEW 3

There’s something different about this brand new Nike Internationalist. Can you spot it? If you take a good look at the upper you will see that it comes in a no sew construction, resulting in a sleeker and more modern version of the Internationalist.

The new upgraded model gets hits of Hyperfuse to help replace the areas in which sewing is usually needed to construct the shoe. The shoe is made out of a mesh upper and is accompanied by synthetic overlays. This particular colorway comes in all-white while being contrasted by the University Blue placed on the Nike Swoosh and heel tab. An all-white sole unit gives the shoe a clean appearance. Scheduled to drop in the near future, is this a version of the Nike Internationalist that you’re looking to pick up?

via: Overkill

Author’s Take

The no sew look definitely gives the shoe a modernized look, which I like. The mesh upper will make it very breathable which is dope for the Spring/Summer. Good looking shoe.

The Nike Air Force 1 High Woven Black Is Out Now

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 1 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 2 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 3 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 4 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 5 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 6 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 HIGH WOVEN 7

Over the past few days we’ve seen a couple of new Air Force 1 models that comes with woven detailing on areas such as the side panels and toe. If you like the woven look but are looking of it on the shoe, take a look at the Nike Air Force 1 High Woven Black.

This version of the Air Force 1 High comes in an all-woven upper. The only part of the upper that doesn’t come in woven fashion is the leather Nike Swoosh and heel tab, as well as the nylon tongue. Black lining, eyelets and laces complete the stealth look of the upper. Below you will find a white sole unit that not only adds contrast but cleans up the look of the shoe. Is this all-woven look than pairs that just have woven hits? If you think so, you can now pick up a pair at select retailers for $150.

via: Sneaker Politics

Author’s Take

I prefer the woven construction to be the entire upper, just like in this pair. It gives the shoe a brand new look which I’m clearly a fan of. Looks good!

An Official Look At The Nike Kobe 11 Elite GS TV

Nike Kobe 11 TV 1 Nike Kobe 11 TV 2 Nike Kobe 11 TV 3 Nike Kobe 11 TV 4 Nike Kobe 11 TV 5 Nike Kobe 11 TV 6 Nike Kobe 11 TV 7

Late in March, we got our first look at the Nike Kobe 11 TV, we now got word that this colorway of the Kobe 11 is going to be a GS only release. Let’s take a look at the shoe’s official images.

Although we’re still unsure as to what the exact theme/inspiration behind the shoe is, we do know it has something to do with TV as indicated by the colorful bars placed on the heel region of the shoe. The bars sort of resemble the SMPTE test pattern that we see on the TV every now and then. The rest of the shoe comes in a Flyknit gradient fashion as shades of Wolf Grey/Black-Cool Grey take care of the majority of the upper. With a release date set at May 27th and a retail price of $135, it’s only a matter of time before Nike lets us know what the theme behind the shoe is. Hot or not? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

Not bad. I?m curious to what the inspiration is. Based off the shoe?s looks alone, i?ll give it a 6 out of 10, it may go up or down depending on the story behind the shoe.

More Images Of The Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard Black

NIKE AIR MAX 95 ULTRA JACQUARD 1 NIKE AIR MAX 95 ULTRA JACQUARD 2 NIKE AIR MAX 95 ULTRA JACQUARD 3 NIKE AIR MAX 95 ULTRA JACQUARD 4 NIKE AIR MAX 95 ULTRA JACQUARD 5

The Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard is a modernized, lighter and more breathable version of the Nike Air Max 95. It’s traits and attributes make it a great option for the Spring/Summer. Today we get another look at this Black version of the shoe.

The shoe is constructed out of a Jacquard upper, which is a knit upper that in return makes the shoe lighter and breathable than the original. The knit comes in black and white, while the sole unit opts to take the black tonal route with the Air Max bubbles still intact. The Flywire also comes in black and white fashion to blend in nicely with the rest of the shoe. Already available internationally, we hope to see these in the states in the near future.

Author’s Take

I like this modern look of the AM 95, as a matter of fact, I prefer it. The black and white look is classic. You really can’t go wrong with this colorway.
