The Yellow Nike Air Max Zero Is Releasing On Air Max Day

Those of you privy to the Nike SNKRS App may have already had your shot to grab the White and Yellow colorway of the Nike Air Max Zero, but now we have some more good news: the pair will see a widespread release on March 26th, a day also known as Air Max Day. Once just an early brainstorming sketch of what could’ve been the earliest visible air-wielding running model, the Air Max 0 hit retailers last year in a surprise move by Nike Sportswear. Plenty of people speculated on the colorway in the actual original late-80s sketch, a white and yellow combination, would eventually release and were right on the money with the prediction. A Vivid Sulfur mesh base compliments white overlays while a futuristic glow in the dark blue lights up the Air Max unit. Are you a fan of the look? Check out more detailed photos below and know that you can pick up your size over the weekend at spots like Rock City Kicks.

Is This The Fanciest Nike Air Max 1 Ever

Nike’s got big plans for visible Air this coming weekend, and this super-premium version of the Air Max 1 – perhaps the most premium we’ve ever seen – is just one example of what to expect. Officially called the Nike Air Max 1 Royal, this classic runner features a seamless suede upper with vachetta tan suede fixtures on the midsole as well as on the inner heel padding. This is something you’d typically see out of NikeLab’s Bespoke program, but luckily for Air Max fans this will be a general release this Saturday. More photos are just below so take a look and stay tuned for more surprises as we near Air Max Day 2016.

Another Colorway Has Been Unveiled From The Nike Air Force 1 Low J Pack

Nike Air Force 1 1 Nike Air Force 1 2

We already know about the Nike Air Force 1 Low J Pack coming in the Bred and Royal colorways, but it turns out that there’s also an Air Force 1 Low that pays tribute to the Air Jordan 1 Shadow.

Just like the Bred and Royal versions, this Air Force 1 Low comes in a color scheme and color blocking that mimics an OG colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High. In this case, the shoe being paid tribute is the Air Jordan 1 Shadow. Black and grey takes care of the leather constructed upper, while a black tongue, laces and lining complete the aesthetics of the shoe. A white midsole and grey outsole complete the look of the shoe. It’s essentially an Air Force 1 Low version of the Air Jordan 1 Low Shadow. Available internationally, we will probably be seeing these in the near future.

Author’s Take

The shoe is cool. I just don’t see the point of it. Jordan Brand recently came out with an Air Jordan 1 Low in the Shadow colorway. If you want the look of the Air Jordan, why not just get the actual pair? They’re still sitting on shelves.

The Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit Low Goes Green Glow

Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit Low 2

The Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit Low has already released a handful of colorways that include such offerings as the multicolor and all-red look. This latest tonal version of the model has it come dressed in Green Glow attire.

The images above denote that the shoe comes dressed in a Flyknit constructed upper all done up in a Green Glow colorway. Joining the Flyknit up top are the tonal laces and the leather hit placed on the Nike Swoosh branding on the side panels. More of the same color is found on the Flywire and lining of the shoe to complete the monochromatic look up top. Judging from the images provided, it appears as if even the sole unit comes dressed in a lighter shade of Green Glow. Said to be dropping in the near future, let us know what you think.

Author’s Take

I never got into the Green Glow look, but I must admit that this is the best Green Glow has looked on a pair of Nikes (or Jordans). I guess Flyknit does make everything look better.

Did You Manage To Pick Up A Pair Of The NikeLab Roshe Daybreak x DSM

Dover Street Market x NikeLab Roshe Daybreak 1 Dover Street Market x NikeLab Roshe Daybreak 2 Dover Street Market x NikeLab Roshe Daybreak 3

Dover Street Market recently re-opened their London Haymarket store, to celebrate the occasion, they linked up with NikeLab to release a collaboration made exclusively to celebrate the opening of the new Dover Street Market. Let’s take a look at the NikeLab Roshe Daybreak x DSM.

Opting to keep aesthetics as simple as possible, the Roshe Daybreak comes dress in an all-black aesthetic. The upper comes constructed out of a woven and suede textile to exude the all-black look. DSM branding is placed on the tongue and insole, while Nike branding is spotted on the heel. The shoe also comes with an all-black waffle rubber outsole to complete the monochromatic look. The shoe already released and sold it pretty quick, did you manage to pick up a pair?

via: DSM

Author’s Take

It’s an all-black sneaker with minimal branding on it. It’s cool if you’re a fan of the model or DSM, but there’s not much else to say about the shoe.

An Official Look At The Nike Heat Map Pack

This one’s for the kids. Nike recently unveiled what they’re calling the Nike Heat Map Pack. Consisting of three different models, all three pairs share the same look, how you decide which pair to pick up depends solely on preference.

The shoes in the pack include the Nike Air Max 90, Nike Air Max 2016 and the Nike Air More Uptempo. The matching motif on all three pairs is the colorful heat map pattern placed all over the upper. The images above show that the Nike Air Max 2016 has its entire upper dressed in the heat map pattern, while the Air Max 90 and Air More Uptempo use the heat map pattern as synthetic overlays to compliment the navy hits on the upper. All three GS pairs are set to release on Nike.com on March 23rd and at select retailers on March 26th. See anything you like? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

This kind of reminds me of those bad colorways/patterns used on the Foams a couple of years ago. Being that these are for kids, the colorway/pattern is fine, I just hope no grown man is seen wearing these. The only pair that’s decent is the Air Max 2016.

A Closer Look At The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Slip-On

NIKE SB JANOSKI SLIP-ON 1 NIKE SB JANOSKI SLIP-ON 2 NIKE SB JANOSKI SLIP-ON 3 NIKE SB JANOSKI SLIP-ON 4 NIKE SB JANOSKI SLIP-ON 5

The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Slip-On is the latest version of the SB Janoski line. Opting to get rid of the laces to exude more of a laid-back look, the shoe manages to look completey different from the original pair.

With obvious inspiration stemming from the Vans Slip-On, the shoe comes constructed out of a canvas upper sitting on top of a vulcanized sole unit. This particular colorway comes in all-white semi-contrasted by the grey hits placed on the piping and branding of the shoe. A white lining and stitching complete the simple and subtle aesthetics of the shoe. Said to be releasing in the near future let us know if you’re going to be rocking Janoski Slip-Ons during the spring.

via: atmos

Author’s Take

These are for Nike loyalists who like the Vans Slip-On look but cannot be seen rocking anything but Nike. It all comes down to brand preference, nothing innovative to see here folks.

An On-Feet Look At The Nike Air Max LD-Zero H

The HTM group will be a big part of Nike Air Max Day. Hiroshi Fujiwara will even release a brand new silhouette dubbed the Nike Air Max LD-Zero H. We got a good look at the shoe not too long ago and now Ronnie Fieg provides us with the first on-foot look of the shoe.

Hiroshi let us know that he created this shoe to resonate with all who like the classic style look on a sneaker. The brand new model manages to combine the upper of the Nike Boston with the sole unit of the Nike Air Max 2014. The materials used on the shoe include nylon, leather and suede all done up in a blue colorway contrasted by the white accents placed throughout. Now that you got a good look at the shoe on-feet, let us know what you think about it. Set to release March 19th at nike.com.airmax as well as on Air Max Day (March 26th), you will be able to get a pair of your own for $210.

via: ronniefieg

Author’s Take

It’s the best out of the three HTM shoes set to release this month. Not  super crazy about it, but it does have a classic feel to them that I’m sure many will appreciate.

Nikes Revamped Air Berwuda Features A Very Retro Detail

The Nike Air Berwuda predates most of the retro running silhouette’s in Nike’s archive, as the creation harkens back to the days of Blue Ribbon Sports branding and waffle irons. Created in 1979, the retro is now being brought back over three and a half decades later with the help of some modern amenities. Bolstered mesh, suede, and tape each play a pivotal role while the two latest colorways come accompanied by a very retro feature: a blue and white dust bag with an oft-forgotten alternate Swoosh logo referencing the BRS days. Check out more photos below and grab your pair from select shops like Premier.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit Green Glow

Back in 2013, there was a brief span of months where “Green Glow” challenged Nike’s signature Volt shade for senior priority. The minty fresh hue was seemingly everywhere, from a pair of Air Jordan 4s, to Flyknit, all the way down to a number of relevant Nike Basketball models. Since then, Green Glow has maintained a recognizable quality within the Swoosh color palette, just on a reasonably lesser scale. The latest Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit shines thanks to implementing the seafoam green-like shade, as a springtime vibe hits the Bruce Kilgore revamp in a tonal display of brilliance. Are you a fan of Flyknit finding its way onto the AF1? Check out a full view below and check for this pair at your local retailer in the near future.

Turns out the Tinker Hatfield will also be having his own special Nike Air Max release for Nike Air Max Day. Today we get a first look at the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Superfly.

This brand new model has Tinker’s classic Nike Air Max 90 and combines it with the aesthetics of the Nike Mercurial Superfly by adding an extended bootie construction to give it a heightened look. This first colorway has the shoe come in a black, red, blue and white colorway. It’s amazing how adding an extended bootie can drastically change the look of the shoe, right? The shoe will also come with a custom HTM hangtag and special packaging that recognizes this special release. Although we are unable to confirm just yet, there’s a good chance that we will this sneaker drop on Nike Air Max Day, March 26th.

via: zzazin

Author’s Take

If you’re a fan of the extended bootie look, you will like this shoe. If you’re not a fan of the added height, you will probably pass on them. I happen to fall on the latter group.

First Look At The Nike Air Max MP Ultra By Mark Parker

You know it was coming, Mark Parker will also have his very own special release on Nike Air Max Day. Today we get our first look at the Nike Air Max MP Ultra by Mark Parker.

Although the shoe sounds like a brand new model, it’s actually a revamped and redesigned version of the Nike Air Classic BW. The silhouette of the MP Ultra appears to be the same as the BW, with a few alterations on the upper of the shoe. Aside from the few alterations, the shoe also comes constructed out of premium materials found on the lining and tongue of the shoe. The colorway comes in a black, blue and white makeup found on the upper and sole of the shoe. Thoughts on the shoe? If you like it, expect these to drop on Air Max Day, March 26th.

via: zzazin

Author’s Take

Very good looking shoe, but I feel like there’s not enough changes to make this model seem like it’s something “new”,. To me it just looks like a premium version of the Nike Air Classic BW.
