Following an official overview, the Nike Air Max 90 Heat Map edition is given a closer look, particularly showcased in an editorial setting.

Listed exclusively for GS sizes only, the popular runner is essentially defined by its multicolor upper that takes cues from thermal imagery, which showcases infrared radiation into an electronic image in various shades consisting of red, orange, yellow, green and blue.

To offset the vibrant theme, black is utilized for the leather mudguard, inner lining, laces and midsole unit. Additional pops of red are implemented on the outsole, tongue tag and visible bubble unit in the heel to further pronounce its design.

Look for this standout pair at select Nike accounts on Saturday, March 26th.

Set to release tomorrow as part of the Nike Basketball Easter Pack is this vibrant colorway of the Nike Kyrie 2.

This festive colorway of the Kyrie 2 comes with a predominantly White upper and Hyper Jade, Urban Lilac, and Bright Mango detailing. As you can see, the ankle area of the shoe features a colorful egg print while more color detailing appears on the Swoosh branding, outsole, and the Kyrie branding on the tongue.

Releasing at select Nike retailers across the country on March 25th for a retail price of $125, is the Nike Kyrie 2 Easter on your pick-up list?

Out of all the shoes in the Nike Basketball Easter Collection the Kyrie 2 executes the Easter theme the best. The egg print theme around the ankle is a perfect representation of the holiday along with the colors that were picked. It reminds me of an Easter basket.

Also joining the Nike Basketball Easter Collection will be the Nike Kobe 11. With Kobe’s career quickly coming to an end this will be the last Easter colorway that will release while he’s still in the NBA.

The bright colorway of the Kobe 11 features a Dark Grey Flyknit upper on the front of the shoe with a gradient effect that shifts to Bright Mango on the back half of the sneaker. The tongue, inner liner and translucent outsole are also done in Dark Grey/Black while the Swoosh features 3M detailing. What’s curious about this shoe is the skull that has been placed on the heel of the right shoe. Is it supposed to be the skull of a bunny since this is an Easter colorway? Nike gave no description so all we can do is speculate at the moment.

I’m all for acomfortable, lightweight and breathable sneaker, just not in these colorways. The white is too high maintenance, and the black sort of shadows all the unique features on the shoe.

Earlier this week we found out that the Nike Air Foamposite Pro in the University Red colorway now has a release date that’s scheduled for April 16, 2016.

As we get closer and closer to the release date we will continue to see more and better images of the shoes. Today we get our best look at yet at this bright and bold Foamposite that comes equipped with University Red on the entire foam shell upper as well as on the Swoosh on the heel and by the toe, the stripe running down the tongue, the tongue and heel pull tabs, and the Nike check on the outsole. Contrasting black detailing then lands on the outsole, jewel Swoosh on the side panels, tongue, inner liner, laces and the leather eyestay and ankle.

As we dive into the Spring season we’ll undoubtedly be seeing more and more colorways of the Nike Air Huarache. When Nike released the Easter Pack last week it was an early sign of things to come.

Continuing the trend of bright colors for the Spring and Summer is this new option of the lightweight runner that is highlighted by Beta Blue. Beta Blue lands on the mesh toe and synthetic overlays on the toecap, side panels and laces. Serving as a contrast are Anthracite and Cool Grey accents on the heel counter and neoprene bootie.

Another colorway of the Nike Air Penny 2 is upon us and the release date is actually closer than you think. Coming in a Varsity Blue colorway, today we take a look at the official images of the Nike Air Penny 2 Varsity Blue.

What appears to be inspired by Penny Hardaway’s tenure with the Orlando Magic, the penny 2 comes dressed in an upper consisting of a black nubuck base accented by the Varsity Blue and white accents found throughout. Additional details on the shoe include the 3M hits placed on the pods and tongue, while an icy translucent sole finishes off the look. Said to be dropping April 8th for $160, is this Penny 2 on your watch list?

The Nike Air Max 90 is back in one of the most vibrant color options in recent memory, as a breathable Engineered Mesh upper sees an array of Obsidian, Bright Crimson, and Volt come together to form a heat-seeking exclusive. We’ve seen Nike Sportswear fool around with heat-centric digitized prints and patterns before, most notably on the whole “Weatherman” and “Thermal Map” Foamposite releases, but those weren’t necessarily received well by the masses. This Air Max 90 “Heat Map” will just have to fair well for the kids though. International spots like Titolo have this pair in stock today.

With Air Max Day less than 48 hours away, today we take a look at a trio of Air Max 1s that are being known as the Pinnacle Pack.

The last time we heard Pinnacle was with the handful of Air Jordan 1 releases that dropped last year in celebration of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary. Now we see three colorways of the Air Max 1 dressed with leather uppers and coming in tonal hues. The first features a Black upper with an off-white midsole, the next a Light Bone upper with matching midsole and the last colorway comes in Grey and also features a matching midsole. All three pairs are composed of a premium leather and feature perforations on the tongue. It’s also important to note that these are all women’s colorways, but that has never stopped anyone right?

There is no release date at the moment but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more on the Nike Air Max 1 Pinnacle Pack.

It’s always a good thing to see Nike switch up the materials used on their Air Max models. When leather is placed on any Air Max silhouette it always gives it that premium look. I like this Pinnacle Pack it’s just a shame it won’t be releasing for men.

Heads up Kyrie/Cleveland Cavaliers fans, a new colorway of the Nike Kyrie 2 Cavs just dropped at select retailers. Not much coverage was given on the shoe since not a lot of press was out there, but turns out that this Cavs-themed colorway of Kyrie’s second signature shoe is now up for grabs.

The Nike Kyrie 2 Cavs consists of a navy blue upper accented by the gold hits placed on the branding on the tongue and the entire hue of the sole unit. A navy Nike Swoosh appears on the midsole, and Kyrie’s signature in red can be seen on the heel. The strap and the laces also come in blue to give the sneaker a tonal vibe. As of right now, the only retailer stocked with the shoe appears to be Jimmy Jazz, so if you’re looking to pick up a pair for $125, make sure you act fast.

Navy and gold colored sneakers, I like that. The Kyrie 2 is a pretty dope silhouette, seeing it come in this color scheme really makes it shine. Just wish there was more gold hits on it.

The OG colorway of the Nike Air More Uptempo just released and people wasted no time in picking up a pair as the shoe managed to sell out. Up next is this  new colorway of the shoe that has it come in a white upper with clean Varsity Red hits.

We talked about this colorway last year, but little to no information about it has released in 2016. Today Nike provided us with the official images of the Nike Air More Uptempo White / Varsity Red. The shoe is dressed in a white leather upper. The tonal base of the shoe is contrasted very nicely by the Varsity Red placed on the “AIR” branding on the side panels which happens to extend to the heel and outsole of the shoe. Additional Varsity Red Nike branding can be see on the toe, tongue and midsole. A cut-out Nike Swoosh is also placed on the heel to complete the branding on the shoe. The Nike Sock Dart is the type of shoe that’s perfect for the Spring. Lightweight, comfortable, breathable and stylish. What’s not to love? This upcoming colorway also happens to be one of the brightest and boldest offerings that we’ve seen on the model thus far. Let’s take a look at the official images of the Nike Sock Dart SE Total Crimson.

The first thing you notice on the shoe is the fact that this is also a version that opts to use colored straps on the upper. The use of color on the lacing system ends up giving the model a tonal look. The upper is dressed in a Total Crimson hue to match the strap on the shoe. The white sole unit with black speckling ends up giving the shoe some nice contrast. Additional white is found on the heel to complete the look. Expect these to arrive at retailers beginning next month.
