Nike Kyrie 2 Triple Red
By SoleInsider
While the Kyrie signature line hasn’t graduated to the levels of the Elite or EXT, the Kyrie 2 has walked on the creative side with some unique releases like the upcoming “Kyrache” and the unreleased “All-Star” colorway. Later this month, the Kyrie 2 will receive a minor upgrade close to the EXT vest as this “triple-red” concoction makes use of suede materials on the strap. This latest all-red serving by Nike isn’t quite the same as the Air Yeezy 2 that we’ve all come to love, but rather a wine red hue that matches the Cavs uniforms to a tee. Don’t be surprised if Irving laces these up throughout the Playoffs. Release info to come.
Scottie Pippens Nike Air More Uptempo Olympic Is Returning This Summer
By SoleInsider
Twenty years ago, Team USA took home the gold at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in convincing fashion. While no team may live up to the stacked roster of the ’92 Dream Team, the ’96 squad was right behind with guys like Scottie Pippen, Shaquille O’neal, and and Penny Hardaway leading the charge. From that ’96 Games, we fondly remember Scottie Pippen’s Air More Uptempo in a special edition USA make-up, and it turns out Nike will release the shoes later this Summer (possibly July) as we near the Rio Olympics. Are these one of the must-have releases of the year? Stay tuned for more updates.
After spending over 10 years with adidas it kind of comes as a surprise to see both parties go their separate ways, but NBA Commissioner Adam Silver thinks it’s for the better. In a recent interview with SLAM Magazine he was asked if he expects Nike to do anything different in comparison to what adidas is doing now. Here’s his response.
I do. I?ll say we?ve had a wonderful relationship with adidas, but adidas was not endemic to basketball. They are at root a soccer company. I think on the other hand, with Nike, as I heard Mark Parker, the CEO, say, basketball is the soul of Nike. Even in the case of Mark Parker, he grew up in the organization as a shoe designer.
I was out in Beaverton recently and they have in essence an R&D center, where they have prototypes, where they have their equivalent of mad scientists who are noodling different approaches to uniforms: new fabrics, new styles, new fits. I have no doubt wearables will come into the equation. I think they are committed to sports science. They also recognize that we shouldn?t just think of the uniform as a fashion item?that the uniform ultimately directly correlates to performance, including injury prevention. And Nike, again, it?s a season and a half before they will begin being our official on-court supplier. I?m really excited to see what comes. But I have no doubt that they?re gonna once again change the game. That?s who they are. As I said, thank you to adidas, they?ve been wonderful partners. But I think Nike is ready to take it to another level.
From the sound of it the commissioner is looking forward for Nike to “take it to the next level.” Adam Silver also announced that the Nike Swoosh will be placed on the new jerseys beginning in 2017-18.
But now it appears that we’ll be seeing more colorways down the pipeline. Pictured above is a new orange colorway that may remind you of the OG Total Orange pair that released back in 2012. This new release blends together orange and grey on the Flyknit upper with Black detailing on the lateral Swoosh, inner liner and rubber outsole. The medial Swoosh has been done in White along with the midsole.
There is no scheduled release date for this orange, black and grey Nike Flyknit Racer at the moment but we’ll keep you updated once we find out more.
I’m a pretty big fan of the Flyknit Racer so I’m always excited to see new colorways release. Even though I don’t really own any orange sneakers it looks nice on this pair of Racers.

The Nike Dunk High Be True To Your School Pack brought back the beloved St. Johns and Kentucky colorways. Now it looks as if Nike is also prepping to bring back the UNLV and Michigan versions of the Nike Dunk High. We’ve seen these pairs get the retro treatment in the past, but this is the first time that they’re coming back in OG fashion.
The UNLV pair will grace a leather upper coming in a Red and Grey colorway. A white midsole and red outsole complete the look of the shoe. The Michigan colorway is done in a Navy Blue and Yellow colorway accompanied by the White midsole and Navy Blue outsole. Are you looking forward to picking up the latest colorways of the Be True To Your School Pack? If so, you’ll be able to get your hands on a pair on May 14th.
Chalk Blue Detailing Makes This An Ideal Colorway of The Nike Air Max 95 For The Spring
By SoleInsider
Nike is fresh off their massive celebration of Air Max Day that took place on March 26th which had sneakerheads all around the world showcasing their best Air Max sneaker heat from the past few decades.
One of the most beloved Air Max silhouettes in existence is the Nike Air Max 95. There has been a few colorways that we’ll never forget (mainly the OGs), but there’s also some that many times fly beneath the radar. The Chalk Blue colorway that you see above could very well be one of those colorways. Covered in White leather and mesh throughout the majority of the upper, Chalk Blue hits on the tongue and branding provide the perfect amount of pop for this otherwise all-white Air Max 95. The Air Max bubble also features some Chalk Blue detailing in order to add some more contrast to the shoe.
This colorway of the Air Max 95 is available now at select Nike retailers. Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below.

On-Feet Images Of The Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 Laser Black
By SoleInsider
Earlier today we gave you a first look at a couple of new colorways of the Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 that are highlighted by their new laser detailing that appears on the toe box and side panels.
Now to help you picture what they’ll look like if you were thinking of buying a pair, we have some on-feet images to show you. The pictures above are only of the black pair for now but they should help you imagine what the Birch pair will look like.
If you’re looking to cop a pair then stay patient because we’re still waiting on a stateside release date as they’re already beginning to make their rounds overseas.
The laser detailing gives the Air Tech Challenge a much better look in my opinion. The black pair is cool but if I were to pick one up it would be the Birch colorway.

Check Out This New Version Of The Nike Air Huarache White / Gum
By SoleInsider
An all-white sneaker with a gum bottom. It doesn’t get any better than that. Although we’ve seen this combination on the Nike Air Huarache before, this new rendition flips the script just a bit. Let’s get a first look at the women’s Nike Air Huarache White / Gum.
The shoe comes dressed in an all-white leather, mesh and neoprene upper. This pair differs from the all-white pairs from the past because the all-white look is offset by the gum-colored heel cage that perfectly matches the gum-bottom outsole. The rest of the shoe which includes the Nike branding, laces and lining also comes in white, making it an ideal choice for the Spring. Set to release at Foot Locker Europe this week, we’re still waiting to get a stateside release. If these were to drop in the states, would you want to pick up a pair?
An Official Look At The Nike Air Presto Flyknit Ultra Bright Mango
By SoleInsider
I’m calling it right now, the Nike Air Presto Flyknit Ultra is going to be one of the hottest commodities this Spring/Summer. The women are going to have lots of colors to choose from, and one of the boldest offerings is the Bright Mango colorway you see above. Let’s take a look at the shoe’s official images.
For the first time ever, the Presto is constructed out of a Flyknit upper. Not only does this new construction change the dynamic of the shoe, it also makes it lighter and even more breathable. The Bright Mango hue takes care of the entire upper, which also includes the laces, Nike branding and lining. The Bright Mango is contrasted by the white midsole to help balance out the aesthetics of the shoe. The shoe is set to release on April 28th for $150. Ladies, is this a cop or drop? Let us know in the comments below.
Leopard And Cement Print Land On This Nike Roshe Run
By SoleInsider
A new crazy colorway of the Nike Roshe Run has just dropped and this one was designed exclusively for the ladies.
This new Roshe Run is covered in a white mesh throughout the majority of the upper, but where the crazy part comes in is on the side quarter panels and on the heel. That’s where we see a print that looks like a combination of cement and leopard done in black, white and Ghost Green. The heel counter has also been done in Ghost Green while the Swoosh, inner liner, laces and phylon midsole have all been done in contrasting white.
Ladies, what are your thoughts on this electric colorway of the Nike Roshe Run? If you like what you see then you can hit up select Nike retailers now and pick up a pair.
I like how Nike continues to gives us different looks at the Roshe Run by using a variety of prints to spice up the look. This a great colorway for the Summer.

The Nike Air Tech Challenge II gets a premium upgrade this spring, featuring lasered paneling on leather and suede construction. Dropping the bold colorways the classic Andre Agassi tennis sneaker is known for, the Tech Challenge II goes for a refined look in a tonal ‘Birch’ upper, with unique laser-cut perforation lines across the toe box and quarter panel. A candidate for the classiest edition of the Tech Challenge II ever, the Laser iteration in “Birch” will be arriving at select Nike Sportswear retailers soon.
The Nike Air Huarache Run Midnight Navy Is Now Up For Grabs
By SoleInsider
In my opinion, the Nike Air Huarache Run is a shoe that you can wear all year long, but to keep it real, it looks and feels best in the Spring/Summer time. The slip-on and mesh construction makes it a fan favorite for the warm seasons. If you need to pick up a new pair, take a look at the recently released Nike Air Huarache Run Midnight Navy.
Coming in an all-Midnight Navy colorway, the shoe’s upper comes constructed out of mesh, neoprene and synthetic leather overlays. The tonal look of the shoe is nicely offset by the all-white midsole seen below. A blue, outsole, blue laces, blue lining and blue heel cage complete the monochromatic aesthetics of the shoe. If you’re looking to pick up a pair, you can now do so at select Nike stockists.
The Nike Free Mercurial Superfly is at the forefront of Nike Sportswear’s adaptation of soccer boots to lifestyle must-haves and is slated to return in a brand new “Game Royal” colorway on April 28th. The hypnotizing monochromatic blue offering drenches the Flyknit and premium leather offering in an array of Game Royal and Photo Blue alternating shades while just a touch of gold touches the heel tab’s pattern for added depth. Are you a fan of the look? If you’re looking for a Mercurial Superfly pair that stands out instead of the usual subtle tonal qualities, then this is the perfect pair for you. Be sure to view more detailed photos below and grab your pair at the end of the month at worldwide Nike retailers.
