The Nike Roshe Waffle Racer NM Is Arriving Soon

Nike Roshe Waffle Racer NM Nike Roshe Waffle Racer NM 1 Nike Roshe Waffle Racer NM 2

Previewed this past December 2015, detailed images of the new Nike Roshe Waffle Racer NM, particularly in its Obsidian colorway, is given the spotlight, as the silhouette is set to make its debut this month.

As its title suggests, the model is essentially inspired by the classic Waffle Racer that originally debuted back in 1973, although blended with the aesthetic elements of the Roshe as well for a modernized look.

Comprised of breathable textile and suede overlays across the upper, the model is contrasted with white accents prominent on the tongue, laces, Swooshes, heel tab and sole unit.

You can find this pair at select Nike accounts in the coming weeks ahead.

Stay tuned for more updates on availability.

Author’s Take

I’m always a fan of runners and I like how the blend of these two designs came out. I’m just biased I guess.

Alongside the black colorway which is set to debut first on June 11th, the Nike Free Train Instinct Hart will also be offered in red, in addition to the previously featured blue, as both vibrant iterations are inspired by Kevin Hart?s kids and their favorite colors respectively.

Comprised of a warp knit upper, the component bears 23 quotes from the actor/comedian that encourages those to pursue a fitness lifestyle. Sporting bright red across the composition and outsole, the hue is complemented nicely with gold accents on the Swooshes, tongue label and piping on the midsole unit.

Finished off with a clean, white outsole which provides dual stability for lateral movement and lifting support, look for this variation at SKRS sometime during mid-July.

Official retail price is listed at $140 and quantities will be limited.

Stay tuned for updates.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the silhouette and the message on promoting a healthy lifestyle is cool. I’m biased towards this color combo and since it?s limited, it?ll obviously sell out.

The iconic Nike Air Max 90 receives a modern makeover once again this season, as the classic runner is introduced in an Ultra Plush iteration.

Maintaining its recognizable profile intact, the silhouette strays from its traditional build and inherits a soft, foam-like constructed upper with the application of molded mesh overlays and a distinctive pattern on the toe box. Offering a more lightweight feel, the sneaker is showcased in three inaugural colorways — Teal, Pink and Black.

Each finished off with an sole unit, you can purchase your pair at select Nike retailers soon.

Stay tuned for updates.

Author’s Take

This runner is iconic and these modernized iterations of it continue to be solid. The only miniature thing I dislike is the pattern, but the build looks solid.

Nike Unveils The Air Rift Breathe

The Nike Air Rift becomes more appropriate for summer wear than ever before with its latest modification: an all-mesh ‘Breathe’ upper. Although not for everybody because of its unusual, split-toed sandal-like design, the Air Rift has always been a great summer option for those sweltering days on the streets or at the beach. Now it’s cooler than ever thanks to the airy mesh build, which air conditions your feet more than ever before. The Air Rift Breather will be available in men’s and women’s sizing and colorways beginning June 9th at Nike.com and select Nike Sportswear suppliers.

Release Reminder: Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache

Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache 1 Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache 4 Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache 3 Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache 2

Tomorrow we’ll be seeing the newest colorway of the Nike Kyrie 2 arrive at retailers. While Kyrie Irving fans haven’t had much to cheer about during the NBA Finals, at least this release will hopefully serve as some sort of consolation prize.

The Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache draws inspiration from the OG Bold Berry colorway of the Nike Air Flight Huarache that released in 1992, the same year that Irving was born. The shoe is composed of a White mesh upper with Black detailing on the ankle/heel, Bold Berry on the strap, and Lyon Blue on the tongue. The sole unit has also been done in White with a Black Swoosh logo.

Who plans on picking up a pair tomorrow for the retail price of $120? Let us know if you’ll cop or pass down in the comments below.

Author’s Take

I like the theme/inspiration that Nike used for this colorway but I?m just not a fan of the actual colors used on the shoe. I?m sure many people do like it though.

Metallic Silver Covers The Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 French Open

The 2016 French Open came to an end yesterday as Garbine Muguruza and Novak Djokovic came out on top as the winners in the women’s and men’s tournaments, respectively. This new colorway of the Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 draws inspiration from the French Open?s Coupe des Mousquetaires trophy.

Featuring a full Metallic silver upper made out of a combination of mesh and leather, this Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 is then contrasted by a few hits of white that land on the midsole/outsole, laces and the inner liner. Additional details include a speckled midsole, metal eyelets and a graphic of a swan on the tongue.

Look for the Nike Air Tech Challenge 3 French Open to release at select Nike retailers in the near future.

Author’s Take

This is a pretty nice colorway, but I prefer the gold Wimbledon pair that already released as well.

Kyrie Irving And The Nike Air Flight Huarache Were Both Born In 1992

Here’s a fact to make all of us older sneaker collectors out there feel even older: the Nike Air Flight Huarache is the same age as one of the starting point guards in the NBA Finals right now. We’re talking about Kyrie Irving, who gets one of the most creative color-ups of the year from Nike Basketball on his second signature shoe, the “Kyrache” Kyrie 2. We’re not sure if whoever came up with this colorway knew that Kyrie and the classic hoops shoe were the same age or if it’s just a coincidence, but whatever the case, few will argue that the iconic white, purple, blue, and black color scheme of the Flight Huarache looks perfect on the Kyrie 2. If you agree, don’t forget that the “Kyrache” colorway drops at select Nike Basketball retailers like Renarts tomorrow.

Get Ready For The Nike Train Ultrafast Flyknit

NIKE TRAIN ULTRAFAST FLYKNIT 1 NIKE TRAIN ULTRAFAST FLYKNIT 2 NIKE TRAIN ULTRAFAST FLYKNIT 3

Nike will be introducing a new trainer this Summer to their already extensive line with the Nike Train Ultrafast Flyknit.

Briefly showcased by Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, the short clip below shows the soccer star training in the new pair of sneakers.

Nike describes the Nike Train Ultrafast Flyknit as having a Chainlink Flyknit upper that ffers ultra-responsive containment with a low-profile midsole and a responsive propulsion plate underfoot. The outsole has been designed for stability and traction on multiple surfaces. Sounds like the perfect sneaker to train in. Look for the Nike Train Ultrafast Flyknit to release in the near future.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of Flyknit so any sneaker that has it catches my attention. I usually don’t like trainers too much but the design on this Ultrafast Flyknit isn’t bad at all.
