A Preview Of The Nike Kobe 11 The Academy

Nike Kobe 11 Nike Kobe 11 1

With the 3D variant releasing tomorrow, the Nike Kobe 11 is introduced in a special new colorway that correlates with the Nike Basketball Academy — comprised of some of the best high school athletes and select college basketball players, which allows the sport?s brightest players to compete against the best competition and learn from the games greatest players.

The low-top silhouette is essentially composed of an engineered mesh upper dipped in white, while a vibrant pattern in shades of red, orange, green and purple adorn the eye stays, as well as encompassing throughout its profile to punctuate its overall design, in addition to being a tribute to the tournament.

All adhered atop an icy translucent outsole, the model is rounded out with black Swooshes across its side panels.

Stay tuned for an official release date.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the silhouette overall and I think it’s the best basketball sneaker out right now, that’s suitable for both on and off the court. This theme looks appealing and it works well with the colorway.

A New Colorway Of The Nike LeBron 13 Low Just Released

Nike LeBron 13 Low 6 Nike LeBron 13 Low 5 Nike LeBron 13 Low Nike LeBron 13 Low 1 Nike LeBron 13 Low 2 Nike LeBron 13 Low 3 Nike LeBron 13 Low 4

Initially previewed, this new colorway of the Nike LeBron 13 Low has now surfaced at select retailers, nationwide, particularly Finishline.

Seen on LeBron James himself during the Cleveland Cavs’ championship parade celebration, the model’s defining aesthetic is similar to the upcoming Nike Kyrie 2 Parade. Sporting a blacked-out composition, the understated profile is punctuated with floral print throughout the entire mesh upper, as it all rests atop a white outsole and visible air bubble unit in the heel.

Fans can purchase this new colorway at Finishline now for $150, while more Nike stockists will have it available in the very near future.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the model and this colorway is pretty appealing. I like how the defining pattern is not too vibrant and it blends well with black.

Will You Be Picking Up The Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic Tomorrow

Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 1 Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 2 Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 3 Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 4 Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 5 Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic 6

Team USA has looked quite impressive in their first two exhibition games against Argentina and China as they continue to prepare for the 2016 Olympic games in Rio that begin in a couple of weeks.

Nike will be celebrating the 2016 Olympics with this special colorway of the Nike Air Foamposite One that arrives at retailers tomorrow (July 26th). This patriotic Foam features a white foam upper with Obsidian, University Red and Metallic Gold accents throughout that bring together the Olympic/patriotic theme. We probably won’t be seeing any members of Team USA rock these in Rio, but you’ll be able to show your support for the red, white and blue by picking up your pair tomorrow. Retail price has been set at $250.

Make sure to click and bookmark our Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic launch page for the latest images, release information and updates.

Author’s Take

I?m not a fan of Foams, but a colorway comes around every so often that catches my attention. This Olympic pair is pretty nice, but I wouldn?t be willing to pay anywhere near $250 for it.

Nike SF Golden Air Releases A Multi-Color KD 9

Say what you will about Kevin Durant‘s decision to team up with the Golden State Warriors and form a modern-day NBA dynasty, but KD did what would make him happy. Nike Basketball has to share some of that joy by taking away Under Armour’s firm grasp on the San Francisco market once monopolized by Steph Curry’s presence. We’ve already seen the Swoosh release some NIKEiD KD 9 options featuring Golden State’s royal and yellow colors, and now San Francisco Nike locations are releasing a limited run of this Nike KD 9 “Golden Air” pair. The premium choice of Multi-Color accents on a white base when paired with a gum bottom and volt visible air unit creates one of the cleanest colorways we’ve seen of the KD 9 yet. What do you think of the Nike KD 9 “Golden Air”? Check out a better view below and if you’re in the Bay Area, know that pairs are available at Nike SF today.

While it’s expected to debut next month, the Nike Kyrie 2 Parade edition has now been listed for availability at select Nike retail locations, in particular, California’s UNDFTD.

Although the backstory of the silhouette has yet to be revealed, the model is simply the pair that Kyrie Irving wore during the Cleveland Cavaliers? championship parade. Flaunting a classic white and black theme, the focal point is implemented on its midfoot strap which incorporates a bold floral graphic. Additional vibrance is provided with volt accents seen on the tongue tab, as it all rests atop a translucent outsole unit.

Retailing for $120, you can expect to find this pair at more Nike retailers on August 6th.

Click and bookmark our official Nike Kyrie 2 Parade launch page now for more images, info and release details.

Author’s Take

I like the two-tone palette and how the thematic design is bold, but still subdued. It?s another nice colorway for the line in my view. Plus, the value it holds has a special meaning.

Another Multi-Color Pattern Hits The Nike Roshe Run Flyknit

The “Multicolor” look seems to be everywhere this summer, found on pretty much every knit sneaker from the new Nike LunarEpic Low runner to the adidas Superstar Primeknit. Now a veteran of the multicolor game, so to speak, the Roshe Flyknit appears in another blend of multiple hues for this upcoming edition in black with red, white, and purple threading entangled throughout. Not quite as “Multi-colored” as the full rainbow of colors found on some models, but still multi-colored nonetheless. You can find this latest Roshe Flyknit at select Nike Sportswear retailers later this month.

Nike KD 9 1 Nike KD 9 2

If you live or were in the Bay area, you recently had chance to get a first look at this new multicolor offering of the Nike KD 9. Said to be inspired by none other than Key Lime pie, the shoe comes in a split White and Multicolor Flyknit upper to mimic the look of the tangy dessert. In addition, the shoe also comes with a Grey Nike Swoosh,  Volt eyelets and Bright Crimson pull tabs. Lastly, a White midsole and Gum rubber (crust, maybe?) round out the main features on the shoe. Stay tuned to find out when these get a release date. Are you a fa of the shoe? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Author’s Take

It’s cool, I just wish the Multicolor accent were a bit brighter, but if the shoe is really inspired by Key Lime pie, I would understand why they went with these hues.
