A Clean Finish On This Upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Low Jewel

With the Nike Air Force 1 Mid Jewel already previewed in two new 2017 colorways, its low-top counterpart will be offered as well, as it’s unveiled in a clean sail white finish.

The iconic Bruce Kilgore-designed sneaker is simply draped in the pristine hue, which is comprised of premium leather. Unlike its traditional build, this particular rendition is defined by a jeweled Swoosh gracing its side panels. Finishing touches include respective branding on the insoles, tongue and 3M reflective leather heel tab.

All adhered atop a matching full-length rubber sole unit, you can purchase this pair at select Nike retailers starting April 1.

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid Jewel Returns Next Month

Another popular classic with the Nike Air Force 1 Mid Jewel will be revived this year in a number of colorways, as we recently saw the silhouette in an upcoming vachetta tan finish.

Now featured in a creamy-like theme, the tonal hue essentially covers the sneaker’s premium leather construction, tongue, laces and distinctive ankle strap. The notable element consists of its miniature jeweled Swoosh across its side panels, which strays from the traditional enlarged rendition.

Completed with a sail white rubber sole unit to cap off its simplistic design, this latest pair is suggested to debut at select Nike stores on April 1.

Stay tuned to KicksOnFire for further updates.

Grey Flyknit Appears On The Nike Zoom Flight Bonafide

Nike Basketball debuted the upcoming Nike Bonafide alongside a number of notable hoops creations to celebrate their “Three Decades of Basketball” dominance during the NBA’s All-Star Weekend. While the premium Vachetta Tan-themed colorway of the Nike Flight Bonafide never actually released at retailers, it looks like a number of upcoming colorways are headed to stores for the warmer months ahead, including this first look at a subtle “Wolf Grey” Flyknit upper that lets the head-turning silhouette do most of the talking.

For the unfamiliar, the Bonafide takes its main inspiration from the Nike Zoom Flight 95, a popular basketball model noteworthy for using a ton of Carbon Fiber throughout and the strange “Bug Eyes” on the midsole. Guys like Tim Hardaway and Jason Kidd were huge fans of the model that’s since seen retro treatments a number of times over the past decade. You can read up on the original model in our Flashback to ’95 piece here.

It’s still unclear if this pair will be a predominantly lifestyle offering or if Nike Basketball hopes to add this to its performance lineup, but if the simple construction of the Magista-esque Flyknit is any indication on the Nike Zoom Flight Bonafide, you’ll probably be better off using these off the court than anything else. What do you think of the model? Check out more detailed photos below and know that a Release Date should be coming in any day now.

The Nike Air Force 1 Jewel Is Coming Back

The Nike Air Force 1 continues to thrive as one of Nike Sportswear’s most featured silhouettes. The lifestyle icon has been the recipient of a number of updates and must-have collaborations recently, but perhaps the most surprising construction is the return of the oft-forgotten alternate Jewel branding in the Nike Air Force 1 Jewel. The last time we saw this feature was through a collaboration with CLOT atop the Lunar-based model a few years back, but it appears that Nike is bringing the Jewel Swoosh back atop both the Air Force 1 Low Jewel and the Air Force 1 Mid Jewel, complete with premium NikeLab-like treatments in off-white Sail, Cargo Khaki, and Pearl Pink, each featuring a premium tumbled leather base with an all-white bottom. Stay tuned for a Release Date in the near future right here on Sneaker News and check out more detailed shots of the updated Jewel Air Force 1 series below.
