In addition to the Pure Platinum colorway, we’d also like to remind you that the Nike Air VaporMax Pure Platinum University Red will also be releasing tomorrow. This year’s Air Max celebrations conclude tomorrow as Nike is set to introduce the latest and greatest offering from the Air Max line.

The Air VaporMax features completely visible cushioning that takes Air Max to new places. It is then paired up with a Flyknit upper to create the lightest, most flexible Air Max ever. What makes this model so dope, is that the original idea/concepts behind the visible Air became a reality three decades later. One of the colorways you get to choose from tomorrow is the Pure Platinum/University Red pair you see above. If you want to try on the latest from the Nike Air Max line you’ll be able to do so on March 26th (Air Max Day) for the retail price of $190.

Nike’s most popular Flyknit shoe of all-time is, without question, the Nike Flyknit Racer. A shoe that debuted nearly five years ago still happens to be a hit and is largely responsible for ushering in the knit upper era of the sneaker industry. That said, it’s about time Nike delivered a worthy sequel to the Flyknit Racer, and the samples you see here just might be it. Called the Nike Flyknit Mariah Racer, this new sneaker utilizes the same outsole mold as the original, but brings in a different Flyknit-based upper with a slip-on construction and a pronounced exterior heel support. The Nike Air Force 1 continues to make waves with eye-catching colorways such as the Iced Lilac iridescent pair that we gave you a look at yesterday. Now we take a look at another neck-breaker with this pair from the Afro Punk Pack.

The Nike Sportswear Afro Punk Pack celebrates and unifies the cultural cornerstones of Afro Punk through music, film, skate, and art. Taking a look at this Air Force 1 Low we see that it comes covered in a black textile upper with a multicolor print/pattern making its way onto the Swoosh, heel tab, and tongue. The Nike Air Max Plus gets ready for summer with some light and breezy new mesh constructions. The Air Max Plus Breeze will debut later this spring, featuring an updated tech-mesh upper that allows for more air flow to keep your feet cool on those hot summer days. A departure from the model’s usual vibrant color-faded uppers, the Air Max Plus Breeze will debut in tonal uppers with solid white soles, like the black and olive colorways you see here. Expect them to hit Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com soon.

Any ladies that want to celebrate Air Max Day this weekend with something different can do so with the Air Max LD-Zero in Pearl Pink.

This relatively new creation from Nike and Hiroshi Fujiwara has been given a feminine touch as it has been completely covered in Pearl Pink for the ladies. Everything from the mesh and leather upper, to the laces, tongue, heel tab, inner liner, and even the full-length visible Air Max unit gets the pink treatment. You can look for this Air Max LD-Zero to release on Sunday, March 26th at select retailers alongside the Pure Platinum and Triple White renditions. Retail price will be $180.

The Nike Air Max 1 is without a doubt the model that’s been getting the most shine during this year’s Air Max Day celebrations. You can’t blame Nike for doing that though since the model is also celebrating it’a 30th anniversary. With that being said, we can’t just overlook all these other sweet Air Max drops such as this Nike Air Max 95 done in a Light Grey upper.

If you take a closer look at the shoe’s upper you will find that the Light Grey suede upper also comes equipped with with a tonal Safari print noted on the gradient side panels. Being that the Safari print is the same hue as the rest of the shoe, it compliments the shoe rather than being the focal point. The rest of the shoe consists of a mesh build and an all-White midsole. Be on the look out for these in the states since they’ve already been spotted overseas.

Up next for the Nike Dunk High is this brand new colorway dubbed as the Nike Dunk High Cargo Khaki. Rocking classic color-blocking, this version of the Nike Dunk High comes constructed out of a leather upper done in White and the aforementioned Cargo Khaki colorway. The two-toned look of the shoe extends down to the midsole and outsole while branding appears on the insoles, tongue tag and of course the Nike Swoosh on the side panels. If you’re diggin’ this brand new look on the Nike Dunk High, be on the look out since the Nike Dunk High Cargo Khaki is expected to release sooner rather than later.

The Nike VaporMax makes its highly anticipated debut this weekend, with a number of debut colorways hitting select stores in limited quantities on both Saturday and Sunday’s Air Max Day celebration. While most of you have pinpointed the Triple Black colorway as the must-have of the weekend, there’s another even rarer offering headed to just 2 stores in New York City – the premium collaborative effort known as the COMME des Garcons x Nike VaporMax in just the silver colorway on Saturday, March 25th.

So which 2 stores will be stocking the CDG Nike VaporMax? COMME des Garcons Boutique at 520 W 22nd Street will have limited quantities of the alternate slip-on construction of the VaporMax as will Dover Street Market on 160 Lexington Ave. While the all black colorway released earlier in a women’s exclusive size run, we’re still unsure the particulars on what sizes this colorway goes up to. Good luck to those of you trying to get a pair, and if all else fails, you can always settle for the Nike VaporMax “Pure Platinum”. Nike celebrates the 30th Anniversary of the Air Max 1 by  combining some of the most beloved Air Max 1 collabs/colorways and placing them on one shoe. No Kobe, no problem. Well the Lakers do have a problem, but new Nike Kobe sneakers continue rolling out even though Kobe retired close to one year ago (woah, time flies!) Up next is a brand new model known as the Nike Kobe AD NXT. This brand new model is centered around a brand new alternate lacing system that utilizes a drawstring construction paired up with a mesh shroud overlay that hides the unique lockdown support that also serves as Dynamic Flywire. Below the mesh upper you will find a White midsole with Nike Swoosh branding on it to complete the unique minimal aesthetic of the shoe. Not much else is known about the shoe but we’re pretty sure follow-up info on the new Kobe model is sure to follow. Initial thoughts? Hot or flop?

Kobe might not be playing basketball anymore, but that hasn’t stopped Nike Basketball from getting experimental with his signature series. First, the imprint debuted the Nike Kobe AD, a performance juggernaut that we all know and love complete with a unique heel construction and a lightweight engineered mesh upper that perfectly co-exists with a natural motion-inspired Zoom Air outsole unit. While the Kobe AD skipped out on the numbered installments to signify Kobe’s retirement, it’s still very much in line with his brand identity.

That’s why we’re scratching our heads with the upcoming Nike Kobe AD NXT, a model that introduces a head-turning alternative lacing system with a drawstring construction while a mesh shroud overlay hides the unique lockdown support that doubles as somewhat of a Dynamic Flywire. The bold midsole branding looks a little Hyperdunk in nature while the traction pattern is comprised of Kobe’s sheath logo. After bringing back almost all of the original “Be True To Your School” colorways last year, Nike is now dropping the Dunk High in the classic color block once again, but with all-new colors. Earlier this week we saw a “Violet Dust” shade of purple hit the silhouette, and now we spot another two-tone look in Cargo Khaki?or simply olive green?and white. The result is a look reminiscent of the “Celtics” colorway in green and white that dropped a few years back. Dunk fans can expect these soon at select Nike Sportswear retailers and Nike.com.
