In honor of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this Friday, August 5th, and the original Olympic Air Jordan 7, this alternate iteration of the silhouette will finally release to the public.
Showcasing its support for Team USA, the basketball sneaker essentially incorporates a patriotic palette of red, white and navy across its entire leather upper and sole unit. Hits of metallic gold adorn the tongue label and jumpman logo for additional vibrance, while also evoking the first-place medals. Priced at $190, you can expect to find this pair at select JB and Nike stockists starting Saturday, August 6th.
GS sizing (3.5y ? 7y) will be offered and listed at $140.

Author’s Take
I like the original version better. The colorway is still appealing, but I prefer the all-white upper instead. It should still get a lot of attention none the less.
