Author’s Take

I like the original version better. The colorway is still appealing, but I prefer the all-white upper instead. It should still get a lot of attention none the less.

I don’t even think the silhouette is that bad-looking. It looks appealing in this colorway as well. Those who attend/support university should be excited about this release.

Jordans With Michigan Wolverine Logos Are Releasing

Get ready for college football season with the Jordan Trainer 1 Low Michigan. Tinker Hatfield introduced the iconic Nike Air Trainer 1 one nearly three decades ago, but now Jordan Brand is unveiling their own debut training model, the Jordan Trainer 1. It’s a move that makes enough sense given the Jumpman’s recent growth into off-the-court categories, especially with their sponsorship of the University of Michigan’s football team this coming season.

Today we get a look at an exclusive Jordan Trainer 1 Michigan slated to release at retailers this August. The pair even features Michigan’s bold ‘M’ logo on the tongue and outsole. There’s no doubt that this maize and blue training model is of direct Wolverines descent. The low top rendition utilizes a woven elephant printed upper consisting of a navy base and yellow lines for a unique twist to the iconic Air Jordan 3 pattern. An inner sock adds a comfortable fit while an icy outsole consisting of Zoom technology on the heel gives extra cushion.

What do you think of the Jordan Trainer 1 Michigan? Check out more detailed photos below and be on the lookout for this Jordan training model to arrive at retailers later this month.

Check Out Drake Wearing The Air Jordan 14 PE Oregon At His OVO Basketball Tournament

Being a part of Jordan Brand has more than its fair share of perks. One of them is being gifted unreleased pairs of Air Jordans. Drake is part of team Jumpman, and aside from collaborating with Jordan Brand and releasing his very own OVO versions of Jordans, Drake is also gifted highly coveted unreleased retros such as the Air Jordan 14 PE Oregon you see above.

While hosting his OVO Bounce basketball tournament, Drake was spotted courtside wearing the Air Jordan 14 PE. The particular pair of Jordans was given out to Oregon’s football team last season, and although Drake does not play for Oregon, we’re pretty sure sure Jordan Brand was willing to make the exception. Would you like to see these release? Let us know in the comments below.

Can You Pull Off The Air Jordan 6 Pinnacle Metallic Gold (Video)

The Air Jordan Pinnacle Series has been one of the most talked about collection of sneakers in 2016. With its luxurious takes on the classic Jordan models, the Pinnacles have done wonders to the perception of what is possible on the shoes that were once believed to be made just for the basketball court. However, the exorbitant price tags on these kicks have also given sneakerheads pause, wondering if they are worth their elevated cost. So far the $400 retail price for the Pinnacles have not prevented people from buying them (many are hoping to resell for even more) and the trend is not likely to stop soon.

Continuing down this road is the upcoming Air Jordan 6 Pinnacle Metallic Gold that looks like the shoe’s upper was given the Midas Touch. With a shiny gold finish with white accents to give the shoe some pop, this is far from the your typical custom job. Or at least that’s what Jordan Brand is hoping the perception will be when these drop later in the year.

To keep in touch with this upcoming release, be sure to bookmark our Air Jordan 6 Pinnacle Metallic Gold launch page for all the latest news, images and videos.

Author’s Take

I?m biased towards the silhouette and even though it looks somewhat boring, the colorway is a classic. I?m not really into it that much yet. It might grow on me as the months pass till its official release though, but, I?ll still probably purchase since it?s a simple and clean offering.

Although the Jordan-sponsored player on the summer’s USA Olympic team will probably be opting for the new Air Jordan 31 on court, Jordan Brand has also created a patriotic colorway for the Ultra Fly. Jimmy Butler and Carmelo Anthony may not wear the “USA” colorway featuring a red-to-blue color fade underneath the web-like TPU molding in Obsidian, but you can. Grab your pair to rep Team USA this summer at select Jordan Brand retailers now.

Author’s Take

These could easily be colors we could see release in the states. White and Red is a common theme with JB and it looks great on the Jordan 31.
