After giving you a first look at the special Air Jordan 31 that was created for Michigan, today we return with a much better and closer look at the PE colorway.

This Air Jordan 31 comes equipped with a lightweight and breathable Flyweave upper that sports a combination of navy on the ankle area, which also uses leather, and then transitions to yellow/maize towards the toe. The Swoosh and Jumpman branding have both been done in maize while the translucent outsole comes with a Michigan graphic and a Jumpman on it.

After getting a first look at the velvet Maroon-covered colorway of the Air Jordan 11 last week, we now get our best look yet at the same exact colorway of the Air Jordan 1 that will also be releasing exclusively in GS sizes.

This Air Jordan 1 High comes covered in Night Maroon throughout the majority of the upper with a soft velvet landing on most of the shoe. What appears to be nubuck then lands on the toebox and around the ankle. Contrasting his of Metallic Gold can then be seen on the Swoosh and Jordan branding on the side panels, tongue, ankle, and heel. Finishing things off is a white midsole and maroon outsole.

The Air Jordan 1 High GS Heiress/Night Maroon is scheduled to release some time in December. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.

In what may prove to be the most anticipated and then sought-after Air Jordan retro packs for girls ever, the “Heiress” collection goes velvet this fall for two unique and elegant editions of the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 11. Both featuring the same burgundy and metallic gold color scheme, we saw an early preview of the 11 last week, and now the official images of the Air Jordan 1 have hit the web. As you can see, the premium rendition of the Air Jordan 1 High just for the young ladies features a soft velvet upper with special details like a metallic gold wings logo, unique insole graphic, and translucent burgundy outsole. Mike Conley made news this off-season by becoming one of the highest-paid players in the NBA even without ever making an All-Star game appearance or an All-NBA Team. Conley has his dad to thank for the negotiating tactics as his father doubles as his agent and preached loyalty to the Memphis Grizzlies over all else. That wasn’t the only thing that Conley negotiated either, as this season the point guard will be switching from Under Armour to the Jumpman. Conley showcased the new Air Jordan XXX1 during the Grizzlies’ NBA Media Day festivities. He even took a shot at the Chef Currys when asked about his new shoe deal, saying that he “wasn’t messing with those anymore”. Los Angeles Clippers’ star forward, Blake Griffin, receives his own player exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 10.

As depicted above, the classic basketball sneaker is treated in the team’s signature colorway. Vibrant blue and red is prominent on the eyelets, laces, tongue, midsole and outsole unit, while it’s juxtaposed against a white nubuck upper. Additionally, camouflage print adorns the interior, while Griffin’s number “32” is embroidered across the collar section to signify its distinct theme.

Miami-based retailer SoleFly will be releasing a special collaborative colorway of the Air Jordan 23 later this month.

Covered in a vibrant mint/teal all over the leather upper, this color is synonymous with Miami sports teams but this pair is directly inspired by the Florida Marlins. Other details include SoleFly’s “SF” logo on the tongue of the left shoe and a “23” on the tongue of the right shoe.

The SoleFly x Air Jordan 23 ?Marlins? will first release at SoleFly?s Cutler Bay location on Saturday, October 22nd. They?ll be available at 11AM EST opening and will be sold first come, first serve. That will the be followed by an online release that will take place on Monday, October 24th at 11AM EST via solefly.com. A matching capsule collection to match the shoes will also be released and unveiled in the near future.

A few days ago, Michigan and Jordan Brand held an event that unveiled their brand new men’s and women’s basketball Jordan Brand uniforms. That very same night, they also had in display matching retro player exclusive Air Jordans. Done in the school?s signature colors of Maize and Blue, the Air Jordan 1 to the Air Jordan XXX were on full display. One model moticeably absent was the Air Jordan 31, that is until now.

The Air Jordan 31 Michigan PE you see above was also on display that night, and just like the rest of the Michigan PE collection, it’s also done in a clean Maize and Blue color scheme. The two-toned gradient motif on the upper is then placed on a White midsole and Blue outsole to complete the look of the shoe. No word on whether these will release to the public, but if I were a betting man, I ‘d say these remain PE. You can look, but you can’t touch.

It has been a while since we’ve seen or heard anything regarding the flashy Air Jordan 6 Pinnacle Metallic Gold that leaked earlier this year. Now it appears that it may have a release date and it’s coming at us quick.

This eye-catching Air Jordan 6 that has similarities to Spike Lee’s Oscar’s pair features a full Metallic Gold leather upper with subtle White accents placed on the tongue, inner liner, heel tab, midsole, and parts of the outsole. Translucent detailing has been added on the outsole while additional gold hits can be seen on the laces, lace lock, branding, and the speckling on the outsole.
