Could An Air Jordan 1 Low Pinnacle Metallic Gold Be On The Way

Fans of the Air Jordan 1 Low Pinnacle model will be happy to hear about this potential release. Earlier this month, Jordan Brand dropped the Air Jordan 1 Low Pinnacle in the Metallic Silver colorway, now it’s being rumored that a Metallic Gold version may also be releasing in the near future.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Pinnacle Metallic Gold is done in the same fashion as the Metallic Silver colorway. Meaning that the respective precious metal takes care of the entire shoe. This includes the leather, branding, lining and laces. Creating sharp contrast is the White sole placed below. Thoughts on this Pinnacle version of the 1 Low? Would you cop if it drops? Stay tuned as more info begins to surface.

Author’s Take

I like this version better than the Metallic Silver colorway. It’s flashy, but I think I can work with it.

Jordan Westbrook 0.2 Light Bone

Russell Westbrook has activated full on Brodie Mode in the early goings of this NBA regular season, as the point guard has put up stat lines that haven’t been seen in over 40 years. He’s dropped 50 points and a triple-double in the same game followed by another triple-double performance making fantasy owners and basketball fans alike happy to be watching the new look Thunder. Jordan Brand has poked fun at the KD-less situation too with their latest Jordan Westbrook 0.2 commercial featuring Lil Uzi Vert’s “Do What I Want” serving as the soundtrack to Russell’s early season exploits.

Today we get a look at the latest Jordan Westbrook 0.2 colorway as a subtle off-white “Light Bone” upper hits the silhouette in a premium suede rendition. While Westbrook has been balling in different variations of the Air Jordan 31 this year, he’s been the focal point of the Jumpman’s lifestyle initiative thanks to his dedication to the world of fashion. The Westbrook 0.2 uses the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 7, and Air Jordan 10 as its primary inspirations while his signature logo hits the tongue. Russell’s ‘Why Not?’ slogan can be found on the inner tongue lining for an added personal touch.

What do you think of the latest Jordan Westbrook 0.2 Light Bone colorway? Check out more photos below and be on the lookout for this pair to arrive at Nike.com in the near future.

WWE Kicks: Enzo Amore Brings Out Custom Air Jordan 6s For Hell In A Cell

Enzo 7 Enzo 6 Enzo 5 Enzo 4 Enzo 3 Enzo 2 Enzo 1

The WWE pay-per-view event Hell In A Cell took place last night in Boston, Massachusetts from the TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics.

Aside from the triple main event championship fights that everyone was looking forward to, there were also a few other non-title matches. One of those matches featured sneakerhead Enzo Amore and his partner Big Cass going up against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. Gallows and Anderson may have ended up winning the fight, but Amore hands down won the sneaker battle thanks to a custom pair of Air Jordan 6s he was wearing. The custom sneakers, done by Mache Customs and dubbed the “Certified G” colorway, feature a black upper with teal accents, gold laces, and Enzo’s signature leopard print on the overlays.

Check out some images above of Enzo wearing the kicks in action and let us know your thoughts on the shoes in the comments below.

Decent colorway of the Air Jordan 1. It’s also better than most GS pairs because it can be worn by men and women, as long as you’re able to fit into a pair.

The Air Jordan 1 GS Storm Blue Releases Tomorrow In Europe

We still have to wait a little while longer for the Air Jordan 1 “Storm Blue” to arrive stateside (the original 1985 lifestyle colorway returns on December 23rd in a full family size run for the U.S.) but for those of you living in Europe, you’ll be treated to the Air Jordan 1 Storm Blue tomorrow, November 1st exclusively in a grade school size run.

There are only a few colorways that haven’t seen an official retro in the Jordan Brand archives, and the Air Jordan 1 Storm Blue is one of them. The Kentucky Wildcats-esque colorway features a simple combination of white and a royal blue known here as “Storm Blue” throughout for a simple takedown of the iconic Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. Classic ‘Nike Air’ branding hits the tongue tag to coincide with the simple yet iconic ‘Wings’ logo on the ankle collar.

While the Air Jordan 1 Storm Blue will play a part in the Jumpman’s Holiday 2016 plans stateside, this is an untraditional rollout that sees grade school sizes dropping first in Europe with more availability to come in the near future. What do you think of this colorway? Check out a better look below and stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News.

Author’s Take

The design is pretty clean, although, it seems somewhat generic. The strap obviously defines its aesthetic, and in this colorway, it’s appealing overall. I’m not interested though.

The Alternate Version Of The Air Jordan VII Doernbecher

We’ve known that an Air Jordan 7 “Doernbecher” was on the horizon for months now, but over the weekend we finally got to see official teaser photos of the latest partnership between Nike and the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for the latest Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. Slated to drop on December 17th, the Air Jordan 7 Doernbecher utilizes a premium construction of black textured leather overlays while a base color of maroon harkens back to the days of the Air Jordan 3 Doernbecher with splashes of Metallic Gold serving as an accent. Author’s Take

It’s almost a perfect colorway of the 4. The only thing I’d change would be the color of the outsole. A gum bottom would be perfect on this pair.
