The Air Jordan 1 Chicago Is Transformed Into A Golf Cleat

Jordan Brand continues to experiment by making classic Jordan retro silhouettes into shoe appropriate for the golf course. Up next is the Air Jordan 1 Chicago. Here’s a first look at the Air Jordan 1 Chicago Golf Cleat.

The Air Jordan 1 Chicago Golf Cleat comes equipped with spikes on the outsoles to make it suitable and more than appropriate to get you ‘Tiger Woods’ on. The branding on the shoe is slightly modified, but aside from that, it’s essentially an Air Jordan 1 Chicago. What are you initial thoughts? Would you be down to rock these on the green? Expect to see these drop early on in 2017.

Official Images Of The Air Jordan 11 Low Barons

Aside from the Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia that will be making a return next year, Jordan Brand also has new colorways of the Jordan 11 Low that will also be dropping. One of those colorways is the Air Jordan 11 Low Barons. Here are the official images of this Jordan 11 Low set to drop in April.

As mentioned above, this Air Jordan 11 Low Barons is a brand new colorway placed on the model. It comes with a color scheme consisting of a Black nubuck upper accented by the Ash Grey patent leather placed on the toe and mudguard. Adding more of a premium feel to the shoe is the Black leather placed on the heels. A White midsole, milky translucent outsole and Metallic Silver branding complete the look. Now that you’ve gotten a good look at the shoe, are you excited about this release? Look for this to drop during the month of April for the retail price of $175.

Official Images Of The Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia

We just gave you a first look at the 2017 version of the Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia. Now we have the shoe’s official images for you.

Just like we mentioned in the post before this one, this retro is not done to the exact specifications as the pair that released back in 2001. Yes, the color scheme remains the same but there are minor differences on the shoe. For starters, the translucent outsole appears to have more of a Blue tint to it. Secondly, the Blue used on the patent leather mudguard/toe appears to be more of a University Blue. Regardless, it’s pretty dope to see this classic colorway of the 11 Low making a return. Expect these to drop sometime in May for the retail price of $175 for adults and $130 for grade school sizes. Are you happy to see these making a return? Let us know in the comments below.

Our First Look At The Return Of The Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia

Back in September we let you know that Jordan Brand would be bringing back the Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia sometime during the month of May 2017. Today we have our first look at the actual 2017 model of the low top Columbia 11.

Said to be a part of Jordan Brand’s Summer 2017 lineup, the Air Jordan 11 Low Columbia hasn’t dropped since 2001, so it’s safe to say many of the people who own pairs of this colorway are in need of an upgrade. Although this “Columbia” of the Air Jordan 11 Low will be making a return, it appears to not be constructed in the same manner. The 2001 version was done in a White mesh upper, this 2017 version is constructed out of a White leather. What does remain the same is the Columbia Blue patent leather placed on the toe/mudguard. A White midsole and translucent outsole round out the look of the shoe. Are you a fan of the new leather upper? If so, you can expect to see these drop sometime during May for the retail price of $175

Air Jordan 11 Low Barons Will Release In Kids Sizes

The Air Jordan 11 Low UNC won’t be the only Air Jordan 11 retro releasing Summer 2017 paying tribute to Michael Jordan’s past. Everyone knows Michael Jordan as the GOAT basketball player with the GOAT signature sneaker line, but MJ did take a hiatus away from the sport he dominated to try his hand at baseball. That’s where this Air Jordan 11 Low Barons colorway comes in, to remind you that even though one of Mike’s greatest signature sneakers came after his first retirement, we can still remember his Birmingham Barons stint fondly.

The Air Jordan 11 Low Barons will be available in both adult and kids’ size runs this Summer 2017 season featuring a premium all-black upper with hints of Metallic Silver throughout. The Air Jordan 11 “72-10” comes to mind here with the combination of a clean white midsole and solid white outsole unit while the patent leather mudguard features a premium pre-cracked aesthetic with iridescent touches for a look we haven’t seen before. What do you think of the look?

Air Jordan 11 Low UNC Releasing In Summer 2017

Tar Heel fans, rejoice. Jordan Brand loves paying tribute to Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina, with shoutouts to the school in the form of University Blue accents on a number of Jordan retros in years past. Now the Air Jordan 11 Low UNC is finally returning in retro this summer.

The summertime is always when the Air Jordan 11 Low thrives, and the Air Jordan 11 Low UNC will return at the perfect time, over 16 years after the patent leather gem featuring Columbia Blue debuted at retailers in 2001. A little bit has changed since =the original, as an updated blue tint can be expected to hit the icy outsole unit to match the UNC shade on the mudguard. Of course, this year’s rendition comes with a slight alteration in the particular shade of blue, as the original “Columbia Blue” is now known as “University Blue”. Other notable features on the shoe include the additional Jumpman branding on the outsole, heel pull tab and lateral side of the heel, while the tonal branding on the tongue appears to be inspired by the Air Jordan 7. Jordan Athletes Will Wear This Shoe For The 2017 NBA Playoffs

Blake Griffin may be sidelined with injury for the better part of the regular season, but there’s no denying that Blake will return to elite form by the time that the playoffs roll around, just in time for the Clippers to make a serious run. Blake has been rocking the Jordan Super.Fly 5 throughout the season, but the annual ‘Elite’ like style known as the PO (Playoffs) is right around the corner. Jordan Brand is bringing more experimentation than ever to the model with the Jordan Super.Fly 5 PO as an Air Jordan XX-inspired midfoot strap alters the upper as well as patent leather mudguards with faint hints of cracked Elephant Print and a larger than life Jumpman branding on the medial side.

Today we get a look at two upcoming Jordan Super Fly 5 PO colorways for the Spring 2017 season. An OVO-esque combination of Black/Metallic Gold shows that the performance model may even have some lifestyle appeal thanks to touches of metallic gold on the branding and lace eyelets while the tongue displays embossed ‘Air Jordan’ branding similar to that found on the Air Jordan 7 retro. A bolstered mesh upper and Zoom Air midsole provide modern tech specs to hold down your hooping news. Also available will be a standard White/Black pair for a clean option.

Check out more detailed shots of Blake Griffin’s upcoming playoff model below and let us know what you think of the latest Super.Fly silhouette by taking your thoughts to our comments section.

Andre Johnson Breaks Out Air Jordan 11 Miami Hurricanes PE

Andre Johnson may be retired, but this Jordan athlete is leaving the entire league in the dust with his PEs. The Miami Hurricanes alumni is currently at the Russell Athletic Bowl wearing an Air Jordan 11 PE in the school’s distinctive green and orange hues, with a tumbled leather upper reminding us of last year’s Air Jordan 11 “72-10”. These will likely never release at retail (nor will any Jordan x Miami shoe be released due to the school’s affiliation with adidas), but now that Jordan Brand has re-released every original Air Jordan 11 colorway ad nauseum, who knows? Check out the full shot of Johnson’s PE below.

Taking a similar but different approach as the Chicago colorway, this Air Jordan 31 features White on the majority of the Flyweave upper with hits of Black landing on the toe, Swoosh and Jumpman logos, inner liner, and the midsole. Like with most pairs, leather is seen on the ankle area of this 31 while a white midsole and an icy blue and red outsole wrap up the look.

The Air Jordan 1 Chicago Is Releasing As A Golf Shoe

Jordan Brand is bringing the correct heat to the green with the release of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Golf Shoe. We first saw a similar sample leaked by MJ’s son Marcus, but with official images now live, it appears that a release is near – potentially closer to late Spring. This familiar “Chicago” colorway has some differences from the basketball original, like the “Nike” Wings logo, the larger Jumpman on the tongue, and of course, the new outsole fit for the green. A white/grey colorway will also release in the coming months.

A release date for the Air Jordan 1 Golf Shoe hasn’t been confirmed yet, but stay tuned to our Jordan Release Dates page for the latest.

The Air Jordan 6 Black Cat Will Be The Last Jordan Brand Release Of 2016

Jordan Brand had a hell of a year when it came to the “quantity” of sneakers they manages to release throughout the entire year. Instead of taking the final weekend of the year off, they decided to pump out one more release before the year comes to a close.

The Air Jordan 6 Black Cat is the newest colorway gracing the upper of Jordan’s 6th signature shoe. As the name of the shoe suggests, the entire shoe is done in a Black leather upper which happens to be covered in heavy perforations. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the perforations are the gateway to the reflective hits placed on the underlay. Hits of White break up the tonal look as they’re placed on parts of the midsole and outsole. All the branding on the upper comes in Black, while the Jumpman on the outsole opts to come in White. Releasing on December 31st, adult sizes will be priced at $190 and GS pairs will go for $140. Will these be your last Jordan Brand purchase of 2016? Or are these an easy pass?
