This Nike Free RN Flyknit Comes With A Multicolor Vibe
It’s not completely multicolor, but it’s a start. What you see above is a Nike Free RN Flyknit that has earned its stripes, multicolor stripes to be exact. Let’s take a closer look.
The Flyknit base comes in a Black color, as does the laces, lining, tongue and collar. What really helps the shoe pop are the multicolored accents placed on the stripes found all over the upper. The Nike Swoosh branding and the Nike Free sole both come in White to balance out the look of the shoe. Set to retail for $130, the shoes are available internationally, with a stateside release appearing imminent.

Flannel season is quickly approaching, so what better way for Nike Sportswear to pay homage to the cold weather than through a new lumberjack inspired Nike Air Force 1 Low? Bruce Kilgore’s iconic basketball retro has been transformed more times than we can count, and this lifestyle-ready aesthetic pairs a classic Gum Light Brown outsole with metal lace eyelets and a premium red and black buffalo plaid lining to help keep your feet warm. Two colorways will be available ranging from a subtle Black leather upper or a vibrant Hyper Cobalt. Check out a brief preview after the break and stay tuned for a release later this Fall 2016 season.
Kanye did it again. His Yeezy Season 4 was held on Roosevelt Island in New York City yesterday with a live stream exclusive on Tidal at 3PM. For those of you that missed it, don’t worry, as we have a full event recap for you with all of the latest apparel pieces and a few sneak peeks at an array of upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 colorways.
After a look at an exclusive adidas NMD Human Race colorway that Pharrell previewed at the show, the Yeezy Season 4 event brought out the usual suspects like Kim Kardashian, Tyga, Teyana Taylor, and more of the G.O.O.D. Music family. Kanye rocked a brand new Yeezy Boost 350 in a monochromatic all black with contrasting red ‘SPLY-350’ branding on the side. There were also brief glimpses at monochromatic white and olive green colorways of the model on the runway too.

Expect More Colorways Of The Nike Sock Dart Premium SE This Fall
Has there been a more relevant retro in Nike Sportswear’s catalog than the Nike Sock Dart these past two years? The 2004 woven gem had a bit of Nike Air Presto in its DNA but revamped things with an enviable translucent midfoot strap that was as every bit functional as it was futuristic, a form-fitting stretchable mesh upper, and one of the most comfortable rides in the game.
NSW has since updated the silhouette with the Nike Sock Dart SE, a premium offering that ditches the see-through strap for a solid color blocking. This “Midnight Navy” colorway even adds a marbled wool-like upper with a combination of White speckles throughout to help transition into the colder months. The bolstered material also sees a Dark Grey midsole speckled with Black to match the darker shade around this Sock Dart SE’s heel. What do you think of the look? Expect this pair to arrive later this Fall 2016 season and stay updated on the latest release dates right here on Sneaker News.
Nike SNKRS Release Info For Dave Whites Air Max 95 Collaboration
Dave White’s dedication to sneaker fandom has given his career new life, and Nike has showcased its appreciation for Dave’s reimagining of some of NSW’s most iconic retros with a number of collaborations in the past. Now we have word that White’s latest “Albion Collection”, a re-imagining of the iconic Nike Air Max 95, will be releasing via Nike SNKRS on September 23rd for $200.
The Dave White Nike Air Max 95 reinterprets Sergio Lozano’s iconic Air Max creation through the theme of some of Britain’s native species like the rabbit and fox. The predator and prey thematic element is accomplished through a seamless upper, applied through heat pressing for a one-piece quarter panel. The infamous side panel waves display four different renditions of Dave White’s paintings to pay homage to the rabbit and fox and their indigenous environments. A bolstered hairy suede tongue adds a lifestyle finish to the Nike Air Max 95 No-Sew.
The Dave White Nike Air Max 95 utilizes a head-turning vibrancy of orange for the fox pair, while a subdued tan and brown represents the rabbit. Which pair are you feeling? Be sure to check out more photos courtesy of Nike SNKRS after the break and head over to our release dates page for more of the latest updates and details regarding this weekend’s latest and greatest.
Another Classic Sneaker Returns In The Air Jordan 1 Black Toe 2016 (Video)
Last week, we made the argument for the Air Jordan 1 Bred should always be available for sneakerheads to buy without having to worry about selling out. Today, we add another pair of Js to that list in form of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Black Toe.
It was only a few short years since we last saw the Black Toe and now it’s getting another high profile release later this year. Jordan Brand is really stacking the deck this holiday season between this and the Air Jordan 3 True Blue and the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam. Wouldn’t it be nice if one of them didn’t force you to line up for raffles just to “win” the chance to buy them?
The adidas ACE16+ PureControl Ultra Boost In Mint Already Dropped In Europe
The adidas ACE16+ PureControl Ultra Boost is adidas’ answer to Nike’s ongoing Magista and Mercurial football-inspired lineups, and they couldn’t have done a better job in blending on-the-pitch style with casual aesthetics. Today we get a look at an upcoming “Mint Green” colorway perfect for the remainder of the warmer months and the availability at European retailers means that a stateside release is on the way in the near future.
The adidas ACE 16 Ultra Boost manages to ditch the laces for a perfect sock-like woven Primeknit construction throughout. An oversized three stripe branding adds a gradient this time around with a Kobe-like sheath graphic landing on the signature adidas stripes on the side panel. The heel cage matches the Vapor Green shade seen throughout while a simple white Boost midsole and outsole unit adds a clean finish.
Get with us after the break for a full look at the latest soccer-inspired adidas ACE 16 Ultra Boost and grab your size from select European retailers like Solebox today.
Pharrell Shows Up At Yeezy Season 4 In Light Blue adidas NMD Human Race
Kanye wasn’t the only one making news at his Yeezy Season 4 show yesterday afternoon, as Pharrell showed up and showed out with a brand new adidas NMD pair that we’re hoping hits retailers in the near future.
Pharrell’s adidas NMD Human Race has been one of the many fan favorites of the sock-like Boost laden silhouette, and it isn’t too hard to see why with its stand out heel cage, woven upper, and unique and timely ‘Human Race’ callout throughout. This new Light Blue adidas NMD Human Race colorway was previewed not too far back but we got the best look yet during Yeezy Season 4.
The pastel baby blue shade works wonders on the adidas NMD’s upper while a multi-color trefoil branding hits the heel to add an extra pop. A stark black hits the ‘Human Race’ callout on the midfoot to match the cage and midsole sections while a white outsole matches the stark Boost technology throughout the footbed. What do you think of this new colorway?
Check out more of Pharrell’s Light Blue adidas NMD Human Race after the break and stay tuned for more updates regarding this pair right here on Sneaker News.

This latest installment has a couple of brand new models from several brands, some classic looks with modern twists, a couple of OGs making their return, and even some performance models if you’re looking to make a statement on the court/track. Check out the list of sneakers below and let us know which pair is your favorite? Did you pick up any of the pairs listed below? Were you able to get them below retail price? Sound off in the comments below.
Nike Air Zoom Strong
The Nike Air Zoom Strong is Nike’s newest women’s training shoe. Aside from looking cool, it’s also said to perform well. Features such as the one-piece neoprene bootie upper, adjustable straps and TPU armor help give it a look of its own. The Zoom Air cushioning is also sure to help you finish whatever workout you’re taking care of.
Vans Sk8-Hi Zip White/Gum
A White leather upper and a gum bottom sole, I like that. Add in the zipper feature on the heel and the tonal laced and branding and you’ve got yourself a great looking shoe at an even better price.
Nike Kyrie 2 – Summer Pack
Did you cop anything from Nike’s recent Summer pack? One of the pairs in the pack was the Nike Kyrie 2 you see above. Not only was it one of the best pairs from the pack, it was also the cheapest. That gum bottom tho!
Saucony Gird 9000 Fall Collection/Pastel
Who said pastel-colored sneakers were only good for the Spring? Not Saucony! They just dropped a trio of colorways of the Grid 9000 and they all look pretty dope. The tonal bases contrasted by the pastel hits give the shoes that “good-every-day-of-the-year” kind of look.
adidas Originals Snakeskin Pack
If you’re a fan of sneakers with snakeskin leather uppers, but don’t feel like spending that much cash on a pair (or custom), the adidas Originals Snakeskin Pack could be a great alternative. Consisting of the Superstar 80s and Stan Smith, both pairs come with a scale-like texture on the upper to help give it that premium look you’re aiming for. Add in the traditional accented colors the shoes usually come with and you’ve got yourself a couple of classics you’d never see your parents wear during their heyday.
Nike Air Force 1 Low OG Forest Green
Nike decided to give the Nike Air Force 1 High the OG treatment last year. OG Nike branding and premium materials gave the high-top more of a traditional look and feel. This year, Nike is doing the same thing with the Air Force 1 Low. Aside from coming in OG colorways, Nike is also using premium materials and even OG Nike branding on the shoe. Check out the dope “NIKE AIR” on the heel. If you know, you know. Don’t sleep on these!
Air Jordan 1 KO High Obsidian
Unfortunately, these released around the same time as the Jordan 1 Breds. Many people decided to pass on these in hopes of getting a pair of the Breds. This KO version of the Jordan 1 rocks a look we’re not used to seeing on the silhouette. A quilted upper is accompanied by denim-like overlays to help give the shoe a clean look that’s dope for the Fall season. As an added bonus, it also comes with Nike Air on the tongue. Now that all the hype has died down, you should reconsider picking these up in the near future.
Price: $140 (If you do your homework, you can find these for way below retail!)
Brandblack Raven Trainer
Out of all the shoes in the list, not only is the Brandblack Raven Trainer the newest drop, it’s also one of the most versatile sneakers on the list. Brandblack created this sneaker with all-day-wearability in mind. They executed just that with this pair. Don’t sleep on Brandblack, they’re doing big things over there!
This one goes out to all the OG-readers. If you spent you younger days in the 90’s, there’s a pretty good chance that you remember the Reebok Rapide. Reebok recently decided to retro the shoe and it still has that classic look to them. They even brought back the original colorways, that’s dope!
Nike Roshe 2
Out of all the shoes ($120 and under) that have released these past couple of weeks, there is no doubt that the Nike Roshe 2 was the one that garnered the most attention. The sequel to one of Nike’s most versatile lifestyle creations of all-time has finally arrived in a handful of colorways to choose from. Are you going to give the Nike Roshe 2 a try?
