Author’s Take

I’m pretty biased towards the shades and the model is versatile for both males and females. I like the silhouette itself in general and it?s perfect for Spring/Summer.

In addition, the brand’s peg system is applied in the midsole, which is essentially the Vario Shock Absorption System, that allows the wearer to adjust each peg individually to suit the wearers comfort levels.

Author’s Take

I haven’t been aware of this silhouette until now. I’m in a runner/trainer phase, and this silhouette is pretty solid and stylish. I’d have to side with the white/grey version for its versatility.

This adidas NMD & NMD Chukka OG Are Similar

adidas NMD 3 adidas NMD adidas NMD 1 adidas NMD 2 adidas NMD 4

The adidas NMD initially released in an inaugural colorway consisting of black/red/blue/white, which is now labeled as a classic.

Recently the model’s Chukka counterpart has been treated with the same palette, and a comparison of both pairs show exactly how identical they are. Boasting a comparable build, the Chukka flaunts a slightly taller profile with its mid-cut style, while featuring a blue lining and white pull tabs at the heel.

The low-top on the other hand is differentiated with the application of the three stripe branding across its side panels, black pull tabs and matching black lining.

While the low-top released months ago, you can still purchase the other style at select adidas accounts worldwide.

Author’s Take

I have yet to purchase a pair, but I’m a fan of the silhouettes. I really wanted the low-top but missed out. Although the other style is pretty solid as well.

Need to pick up another colorway of the adidas NMD R1. Need to pick up your first colorway? Whatever the case may be, this newest colorway is a great place to start. Rocking a tonal blue look, let’s take another look at this upcoming drop.

This version of the adidas NMD R1 comes rocking a Blue mesh upper. The Blue hues of the mesh is accompanied by the contrasting shade of Blue found on the heel counter, branding and Three Stripes. A set of blue laces, blue lining and a White Boost sole unit complete the minimal appearance of the NMD. Author’s Take

This shade of blue is pretty clean to rock right now. I’ve heard good and bad things about the model as of late. One being that it’s not as comfortable as other Boost models such as the Pure and Ultra. I’ma have to try them on myself before I make a decision.

Comparing The OG adidas NMD R1 And NMD Chukka

Ever since it debuted in December 2015, the adidas NMD R1 has been the hottest sneaker on the market. With everybody wanting a pair, they seem to disappear instantly every time a new colorway is dropped. Among all the sought after iterations of the sleek and stylish Boost-cushioned lifestyle silhouette, none are more in demand than the “OG” colorway in black with red and blue midsole inserts. Unfortunately for most of us, the limited release is long gone, leaving all those that didn’t obtain a pair out in the cold?unless you want to pay exorbitant resale prices. However, you may be able to score a consolation prize soon, with the release of the NMD Chukka (AKA NMD_C1) in the same black, white, red, and blue color scheme as the coveted “OG” NMD. Compare the two models in detail here, and stay tuned to Sneaker News for a release date of the new NMD Chukka.

Certainly one of the popular silhouettes as of late, adidas NMD R1 is introduced in another favorable colorway for Spring 2016.

Sporting a cool blue finish, the defining tone essentially covers the intricately knitted mesh upper, which offers sufficient breathability and a lightweight feel. Tonal elements are evident with the eyelets, laces, three-stripe motif on the side panels and heel.

All resting atop a clean white sole unit with matching EVA inserts to cap off its simplistic two-tone color scheme, you can find this pair at select adidas retailers worldwide now.

I?m a fan of the tonal finish and the silhouette in general. Although, I would have preferred the three stripe TPU system applied on the silhouette instead. I do like how it looks in this colorway.

adidas Ultra Boost 1 adidas Ultra Boost 2 adidas Ultra Boost 3 adidas Ultra Boost 4 adidas Ultra Boost 5

At first glance this looks like an all-black colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost that we’ve seen countless times in the past, right?

Actually it turns out that this pair has some minor differences. As you can see in the images above, this Ultra Boost features a new black coating that wraps around the entire mudguard and toe that’s. At the moment we don’t know exactly what the function of that new coating is, but hopefully adidas lets u know in the near future. What do you think it’s for?

We’ve seen a few different colorways of the adidas Pure Boost ZG release here and there, but this new Olive rendition may be one of the best.

Constructed out of a Primeknit upper, this colorway of the new adidas Pure Boost ZG features Oliver throughout the majority of the shoe with contrasting black accents on the laces, heel counter, and side panel cage. A white Boost midsole and black EVA outsole wrap up the finishing details on this colorway of the adidas Pure Boost ZG Prime.

You can pick up a pair now at select adidas retailers now for $140. Are you a fan of this Olive colorway of the Pure Boost ZG Prime?

Author’s Take

Out of all the colorways that I’ve seen this is my favorite one so far. The combination of Olive and black is just so classic especially when it’s done on a sleek runner.

Two New Womens Colorways Of The adidas NMD Just Released

ADIDAS NMDS 1 ADIDAS NMDS 2 ADIDAS NMDS 3 ADIDAS NMDS 4 ADIDAS NMDS 5 ADIDAS NMDS 6

Heads up, two new women’s colorways of the adidas NMD have just arrived at select retailers.

The two colorways that you see above are beginning to arrive at select adidas Originals retailers in the US. Both pairs feature tonal uppers with one done in Salmon and the other in Cream/Off-White. It should also be noted that these pairs are composed of mesh uppers and not Primeknit. Both pairs are contrasted by white Boost midsole with the traditional EVA inserts on them. Retail price is $140.

These won’t last long so if you’d like a pair don’t sleep. Be on the lookout for more adidas retailers to also start carrying these colorways in the near future.

via: Oneness

Author’s Take

I’d have no problem wearing either colorway. If I had to pick one pair I would go with the cream pair cause it would be easier to wear.
