It looks like adidas is really excited about the Chinese New Year this year. We’ve already seen the Ultra Boost drop in a special makeup, and the EQT Support 93/16 is coming soon in a special colorway and packaging for the Year of the Rooster. Now we learn that the Three Stripes are dropping at least three more special Chinese New Year sneakers for 2017, the Stan Smith, Superstar, and Tubular Radial. All three in matching colorways, the trio feature all black uppers?in leather for the Stan Smith and Superstar and a mix of leather and neoprene for the Tubular Radial?with contrasting white soles and special “feathered” cut leather detailing at the heels to mimic the look of a roosters feathers. Each also receives a rooster graphic embroidery for an extra festive touch. No official release date has been revealed yet, but expect the Year of the Rooster pack to arrive at adidas Originals retailers in the USA soon.

Following a worldwide release on Black Friday, November 26th, the highly-coveted BAPE x adidas capsule collection of 2016 will finally be offered to Western Europe this month, after its proposed arrival on December 22.

According to reputable source @theyeezymafia, the overseas release date is scheduled for Thursday, January 12th, and the select adidas flagship locations will organize their own release, as availability on the Confirmed app won’t be offered. Quantities are expected to be extremely limited.

The standout range is highlighted by Bape?s signature ?1st camo? motif, which is implemented on two variations of the NMD silhouette. In addition, two Firebird track jackets and the ID96 down jacket complete this entire range.

The adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 is off to a red-hot start in 2017, with all of the launch colorways pretty much selling out of stores immediately. This February, adidas is going hard with two womens-exclusive colorways of the new Ultra Boosts – a soft “Still Breeze” and “Tactile Blue” that goes hand-in-hand with Spring’s pastel tones. Both feature classic Core Black heels and soles and the signature Boost midsole. Both pairs will hit adidas retailers on February 1st, 2017 for $180.

The all-new adidas Dame 3 made its debut last month when it released in the all-red Roots colorway. One of the next colorways to release will be this Chinese New Year pair that is seen above.

This pair of Dame 3s is highlighted by the Year of The Rooster graphic that appears on the midsole and heel which definitely catches your eye. Ladies, this new colorway of the adidas NMD XR1 is made just fro you, but we’re pretty sure there’s going to be lots of guys who are going to try and fit into a pair. Today we take an official look at the upcoming adidas NMD XR1 Utility Ivy.

This version of the adidas NMD XR1 comes with a designed upper we’re used to seeing on the NMD XR2 version. That means that the design of the upper consists of a Utility Ivy base paired up with the Black dotted-line motif. In addition, the shoe also comes with hits of Core Red on the heel as well as on the stitching surrounding the heel tab. A White Boost midsole paired up with tonal EVA plugs complete the look of the shoe. No release date yet, but expect these to retail for $140. White Mountaineering and adidas Originals collide once more for a Spring 2017 footwear and apparel capsule inspired by the Japanese label’s technical and modern design interpretations. Nine different footwear options will be available beginning this month and again in March, with the highlights including the adidas NMD R2, adidas EQT Support Future, and the Campus 80s.

For January, adidas will release the Campus 80s and the NMD R1 Trail, while March will see the release of the White Mountaineering NMD R2, the EQT Support Future, and the EQT 93-17 Boost. White Mountaineering and adidas are linking up once more to give us another NMD collaboraion. This time they opt to give the brand new adidas NMD Trail a makeover done in two different colorways. Here’s out first look at the White Mountaineering x adidas NMD Trail.

One thing worth mentioning is that this version of the adidas NMD Trail is not constructed exactly the same as the currently existing adidas NMD Trail. Yea, they appear to have the same  toothing on the outsole, but when it comes to the design on the upper, it does comes with new features. The White Mountaineering x adidas NMD Trail utilizes a fused protective piece around the toe and the White Mountaineering branding. This subtle addition to the shoe ends up changes the aesthetics quite a bit if you ask me. The first pair comes in Black and White, while the second pair comes in Navy, Red and White. Following its official reveal, new images of the forthcoming adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 in mystery grey are featured, as it’s expected arrival is set sometime for Spring 2017.

As suggested, the defining versatile hue covers its intricate primeknit upper and reinforcing three stripe caging system that’s also refined in a translucent finish. The signature TPU heel counter is rendered in black for a complementing touch, while a crisp white boost midsole unit and black continental outsole finishes off the classic colorway altogether.

SHOP: MIKITYPE x adidas NMD City Sock

The Three Stripes has an adidas NMD City Sock collaboration in the works. This time around they team up with MIKITYPE to release a Black covered in Japanese calligraphy.

MIKITYPE is a Japanese calligrapher, which is how the theme of this shoe came to fruition. The MIKITYPE x adidas NMD City Sock will feature a Core Black upper that appears to keep aesthetics at a minimum with the exception of MIKITYPE?s font in White appearing on the EVA plugs, the medial side of the shoes, the insoles and heel tabs. Additional White can also be found on the Boost midsole. Pretty simple in design and color, butMIKITYPE?s font definitely helps the shoe stand out a bit. Adidas made quite a splash in the NFL this year as a few of their athletes debuted the Yeezy 350 Cleat and Yeezy 750 Cleat. But the fun won’t stop in the regular season, it’ll continue in the playoffs.

Jimmy Graham of the Seattle Seahawks is gearing up for his playoff matchup this weekend against the Detroit Lions and he may be wearing this new grey colorway of the adidas Yeezy 750 Cleat. Graham posted this picture on his social media of a grey suede Yeezy 750 Cleat with a black cleated sole making them ready for the field. Look for a handful of adidas athletes to possibly be wearing Yeezy cleats throughout the NFL postseason.
