The adidas Superstar Boost will finally be making its debut tomorrow. One of the new model’s inaugural colorways is the Black and White pair you see above. Let’s get a closer look including some on-feet images.

Two features on the shoe stand out the most to me. The first being the premium elk leather done in Black while being contrasted by the White hits on the heel tab and Three Stripes branding. Of course, the main feature has got to be the concealed full-length Boost placed on the sole. Most of the OG sole’s outer shell remains intact, but the Boost does make an appearance on the medial side of the shoe. Love the Superstar? Wish it was more comfy? Your wish has been granted! As most of you know by now, the brand new adidas Superstar Boost will be making its highly anticipated debut tomorrow. There’s plenty of OG-feel colorways to choose from, but adidas has decided to hook up the ladies with something a little but more bold. Also releasing tomorrow is the adidas Superstar Boost Women’s Metal Pack.

Coming in your choice of Metallic Copper or Metallic Silver, each pair opts for a monochromatic look offset by the White hits placed on the shell toe, laces, lining and concealed full-length Boost placed on the sole. Comfort and boldness and wrapped up in one sneakers, I like that. Ladies, are you feeling this women’s exclusive? You already knew the OG White and Black Superstar colorway had to be one of the debuting colorways options for the upcoming adidas Superstar Boost. Also arriving tomorrow, let’s get a closer look at this updated and modernized version of the Superstar.

The adidas Superstar Boost manages to keep the classics aesthetics of the model while at the same time making it the most comfortable version of the shoe. A premium White leather upper is paired up with the Black hits that take care of the heel tab and Three Stripes branding. The lining appears to be done in a White leather, while the shell toe comes in your traditional White. For the first time ever, the Superstar comes with Boost tech on the sole, which happens to be houses by the traditional sole unit we’re used to seeing on the silhouette. Don’t believer me? For the most part, the adidas Ultra Boost is perceived as a comfortable casual looking shoe. Not many of us recognize it as a premium or luxurious pair of sneakers. JBF Customs looks to switch it up a bit by creating the adidas Ultra Boost Missoni Custom.

This Ultra Boost custom ditches the Primeknit upper in favor of a Missoni Pillow and Veg Tan leather construction. Dope features on the shoe include the leather heel counter, leather lining, leather cage, custom piping and the hand painted stripes . JBF branding on the tongue, a set of matching leather laces and the original Boost sole unit complete this custom. Releasing tomorrow exclusively for women will be the Metallic Bronze and Metallic Silver versions of the new Boost-infused Superstar. The bright-colored leather uppers are contrasted by a white rubber midsoles, which as you already know come with full-length Boost, and a white rubber shell toe.

Today we get our first look at what is believed to be the Kith x Naked x adidas NMD City Sock 2.

Presumably part of the adidas Sneaker Exchange Program, Kith out of New York and Naked out of Denmark have come together to work on the adidas NMD City Sock 2, which hasn’t even officially debuted yet. The shoe features a tan Primeknit upper with Naked and Kith branding on the heel tabs and a white Boost midsole.

No release information is available yet but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for release updates.

The adidas Superstar Boost is headed to retailers tomorrow, but we didn’t know just how many pairs would be releasing, until now. adidas Originals is introducing their coveted cushioning system to the shell-toed classic tomorrow, February 9th in 6 total colorways. Of course, the classic White/Black and Black/White look gets treated with a premium leather finish, but there will also be a “Leather Pack” featuring a monochromatic black and off-white for a luxurious touch. That’s not all either, as a women’s exclusive “Metal Pack” features copper and metallic silver patent leather for a head-turning finish atop the new adidas Superstar Boost. The Chinese New Year is here and adidas Originals is celebrating with the Year of the Rooster pack featuring a set of five popular silhouettes. Highlighting the collection is the EQT Support Ultra, constructed with a clean off-white upper in full-grain and intricately cut leather paneling to resemble the feathers of a rooster. The same feathered detailing is found on each other member of the collection including the Superstar 80s, Stan Smith, Superstar Slip-On, Tubular Radial, although each of those is presented in a premium black leather upper. All five models also take inspiration from the Chinese game Mahjong, with embroidered rooster graphics from the game tiles and a hangtag of an actual tile included with each pair.

The adidas Originals Year of the Rooster Pack is available beginning today at adidas.com, adidas Originals flagship stores, and select retailers worldwide.
