Rick Owens and adidas have been working together for the past four years, but they’ve recently decided to cut ties. All good things must come to an end, right? This was announced less than a week after the Owens stated that he would be starting a new joint footwear collection with American heritage brand Hood Rubber Company.

A recent statement from a rep of the designer?s Owenscorp company made it clear that the break up was a friendly and non-confrontational one. He explained that ?both parties enjoyed great success over the past four years, as this collaboration comes to a natural conclusion they continue to hold each other in the highest regard.?

Both pairs from the adidas NMD Japan Pack come in a monochromatic finish done in your choice of White or Black. The design of the shoe consists of a Primeknit upper, a Boost midsole paired up with EVA inserts, Three Stripes branding on the side panels, tonal laces and Japanese branding on the midsole completed the sleek design. Nothing flashy about this release, just a simple and clean aesthetic. What pairs are you feeling the most? Personally, both are dope, but for maintenance purposes, I’d go with the Triple Black pair. Above you will get a first look at the first ever Parley x adidas Primeknit Track Spikes. The upcoming collab between Parley For The Oceans and adidas is known as the adidas Prime SP Parley, also known as the first-ever track spikes featuring Parley Ocean Plastics.

The adidas Prime SP Parley features a 360-degree Primeknit engineered upper made with recycled Parley ocean plastics integrated into the upper. The upper is then placed on top of a laser-welded frame for reduced weight. The first colorway has the spikes done in a Blue and Volt color scheme, but were pretty sure more colors will soon be unveiled. No release date yet, but as soon as these are made available, we will be sure to let you know. Thoughts?

Today we give you a closer look at the Mystery Ruby/Footwear White pair as well as the Chalk/White colorway. Both come constructed out of breathable and lightweight ClimaCool mesh uppers, countered by a perforated Ortholite sockliner for optimum breathability. Kicks on Fire was in attendance at the this past Saturday’s adidas Skateboarding x Juxtapoz Bonethrower Collection Launch Party. adidas Skateboarding and art + culture publication Juxtapoz transformed Los Angeles? Rhabbitat into a hypnotic homage to David Cook?s (aka Bonethrower) colorful land of YOD to commemorate the launch of the limited edition adidas Skateboarding x Bonethrower footwear and apparel collection.

The event was filled with art created and concepted by Bonethrower. Those who were invited were gifted autographed posters and decks, as well as complimentary t-shirts and longsleeves that celebrated the capsule.

People in attendance include VIP press members, adidas Pro Rider Pete Eldridge, and Bonethrower along his friends that who provided the event?s soundtrack. Take a look at the images above to see what the event was all about.

Known as the Red Night colorway, this adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 takes on a burgundy (Red Night) Primeknit upper with contrasting pink being placed on the signature “SPLY-350” branding on the side panels. Other details include additional pink stitching on the heel tab and purple on the semi-translucent Yeezy Boost midsole.
