Part of the upcoming Black Fives x Puma collaborative collection, here is an official look at the Black Fives x Puma Clyde Mid. For those why may not know, the Black Fives Foundation is a nonprofit whose mission is to research, preserve, showcase, teach and honor the pre-NBA history of African Americans in basketball.

Paying tribute to the OGs, this special iteration of the Puma Clyde Mid celebrates PUMA’s heritage on the court while amplifying the history of the Black Fives era. Standout details include a chenille fabric Formstrip, washed rubber sole and the Black Fives Foundation’s signature slogan, “Make History Now,” on the lateral side of the heel. Blue laces and a Puma basketball logo on the heels round out the main features of the shoe.

We got a three-way collab between atmos, Staple and Puma debuting this week. Shown above, here is a detailed look at the forthcoming atmos x Staple x Puma Suede Pigeon and Crow.

The atmos x Staple x Puma Suede Pigeon and Crow comes dressed in a Light Grey suede upper paired up with a darker shade of Grey used on the eyestay and laces as a nod to the colors of an actual pigeon. Other features on the shoe include the Brown leather formstrip on the lateral side and a pigeon graphic embroidered on the heel as a tribute to Staple?s hometown of NYC. The medial side of the shoe pays homage to atmos? home country of Japan with a Black crow graphic embroidery and Black suede formstrip with shimmering Green accents. Finishing details include the Pink leather sockliner, Black hairy suede heel panels, co-branded tongues and insoles completes.

The atmos x Staple x Puma Suede Pigeon and Crow is set to release on February 27th at atmos Tokyo for?12,000. A stateside release has not yet been announced.
