Author’s Take

I like this Neutral colorway a lot better than the Home white colorway that already released. I feel like the snake textured upper is more noticeable on this pair.

A White And Pink NikeCourt Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit

NIKE TENNIS CLASSIC FLYKNIT 1 NIKE TENNIS CLASSIC FLYKNIT 2 NIKE TENNIS CLASSIC FLYKNIT 3 NIKE TENNIS CLASSIC FLYKNIT 4

Nike took the time today to officially introduce the NikeCourt Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit earlier today even though we have already gotten a few different looks at the silhouette.

The latest look comes with this new Spring-themed colorway that you see above which features an off-white Flyknit upper with subtle pink detailing on the dynamic Flywire that runs down the sides of the shoe. The rest of the shoe including the inner liner, laces, tongue and rubber midsole/outsole are also done in off-white to keep this shoe looking simple and clean.

What are your thoughts on this colorway that will be releasing for the women? Any guys plan on grabbing a pair?

via: Solebox

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the new Flyknit look on the Nike Tennis Classic but i just can’t get behind this colorway. I can’t do white Flyknit because of how dirty it is.

Back in 1973 Nike officially launched the Nike Tennis Classic which became one of the brand’s best performance tennis footwear silhouettes. The Tennis Classic was even worn by John McEnroe as he captured multiple Grand Slam titles in the late ’70s and early ’80s.

Fast forward forty-three years later and the retro Nike silhouette has received a major upgrade in 2016. Known as the NikeCourt Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit, this revamped version of the Classic features a new breatheable Flyknit upper and a flexible ultra tooling to create an incredibly lightweight and comfortable shoe that is respectively tailored for men and women.

The men’s pair features a leather Swoosh and heritage Nike Tennis Classic heel tab that connect to the original silhouette, while a cork sockliner adds an aesthetic twist. The women’s pair comes with a more crafted and streamlined look with a printed Swoosh, fewer overlays and a higher, more sculpted collar.

The NikeCourt Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit will be available beginning May 1s at nike.com and select Nike retailers.

Author’s Take

I’ve never been a fan of the Tennis Classic but this new version with a Flyknit upper makes it look sooo much better. Maybe I’ll be picking up my first pair soon.

Out First Look At The Nike Lunar Skyelux

NIKE LUNAR SKYELUX 1 NIKE LUNAR SKYELUX 2 NIKE LUNAR SKYELUX 3 NIKE LUNAR SKYELUX 4

Nike running is close to adding another member to their running sneaker family. Today we get our first look at the Nike Lunar Skyelux.

This brand new model uses the lateat and most innovative version of Lunarlon technology. As a matter of fact the technology isn’t even know as Lunarlon, it’s actually a new version of Lunarlon named Duolon. All we know as of now is that Duolon uses a dua-density foam that’s strategically placed throughout the sole of the shoe accompanied by the engineered pods placed on the outsole to absorb the impact while simultaneously providing a plush feel and comfortable ride. Yeah, we know it’s a mouthful, but I’m sure we will get more info on it as soon as Nike decides to release it. The pair you see above is said to be a sample, so it’s a possibility that the final product will not look like that at all. Set to drop during the Summer, how many of you are looking forward to picking up a pair.

via: NT

Author’s Take

Could this be a game-changer? I guess we will have to wait and see.  Regardless, it’s dope to see Nike continuously attempt to improve their product, even when they’re still considered number 1.

Denim Details Appear On The Nike Air Max 95

NIKE AIR MAX 95 1 NIKE AIR MAX 95 2 NIKE AIR MAX 95 3 NIKE AIR MAX 95 4 NIKE AIR MAX 95 5 NIKE AIR MAX 95 6 NIKE AIR MAX 95 7 NIKE AIR MAX 95 8

Are you a fan of the Denim Nike Air Max BW that we showed you earlier today? Nike decided to give a classic retro runner a modern makeover by dressing it up with denim detailing to give the shoe a nice pop.

We can now add another denim pair to the list as the Nike Air Max 95 has joined in on the fun. Dark Obsidian, Granite and Gum Light Brown combine on this Air Max 95 to give the shoe a very premium and lifestyle look. The majority of the upper is done in blue denim with mesh overlays landing by the eyestay. Gum detailing then adds some contrast by appearing on the laces as well as on the outsole.

For those of you that are interested you can pick up this premium Air Max 95 covered in denim from nike.com right now for $170.

Author’s Take

The denim upper gives the Air Max 95 a brand new look and a breath of fresh air. I like the lifestyle appeal but that $170 retail price is way too high for me.

Another Look At The Nike Sock Dart Racer Blue

NIKE SOCK DART 3 NIKE SOCK DART 2 NIKE SOCK DART 1

It looks like the Nike Sock Dart is prepping to have a big 2016. From being able to customize it on NIKEiD to new features being utilized on the shoe, lots is going on with the Summer friendly model. Today we get our latest look at the upcoming Racer Blue colorway of the Nike Sock Dart. Are you able to spot the difference on this pair when compared to past releases?

If you pay close attention to the shoe, you will see that once noticeable feature is that the clear strap on the upper now comes in the same blue hue as the textile upper, which is something we rarely see done on the model, if ever. In addition to the colored strap, there are also matching speckled hits on the white midsole. A white heel counter round out the minimalist look on the shoe. Available now internationally, we are still waiting for these to drop stateside.

via: Livestock

Author’s Take

I like the color placed on the strap, it gives it a refreshing new look. I’ve yet to own a pair of this model, but I’m looking forward to picking up a pair in the near future.

Nike Zoom Vick 3 1 Nike Zoom Vick 3 2 Nike Zoom Vick 3 3 Nike Zoom Vick 3 4 Nike Zoom Vick 3 5

To everyone’s surprise, Nike decided to bring back the Nike Air Zoom Vick 3 this year.

The first colorway that has already hit retailers is the Falcons colorway that is inspired by the NFL team that Michael Vick played for during his superstar years. Finally we see University Red detailing on the inner lining, heel and the Nike branding on the heel and toe.

The Nike Air Max 95 has a very versatile look and feel. A lot of different look suite the model very well. Color-blocking, subtle, loud, tonal, they all work on the shoe. One of the latest renditions of the shoe has it come in an all-grey aesthetic. Today we get an on-feet look at the Nike Air Max 95 Cool Grey.

Will The Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 Release On Nikestore

Supreme’s Nike Air Max 98 collaboration dropped in-store today, but what about the future of a potential online release? The New York City staple has had a streak where anything the skate brand touches turns to gold, including the Nike Air Max 98, a shoe that is rarely sought after let alone seen in retro form. Supreme’s unique cultural awareness took aim at patent leather Prada loafers, as the Air Max 98’s upper was transformed by touches of vibrant red, navy, an all black monochromatic offering, and a premium snakeskin all shimmering with a patent touch. There’s no confirmation, but signs point to an eventual release this Saturday, April 30th online. Stay tuned for more right here on Sneaker News.

The Nike Dunk High Mineral Blue Is Getting The Retro Treatment

Nike Dunk High 1

The Nike Dunk High has brought back and is on the verge of bringing back a lot of classic colorways that helped the model become what it is today. People seem to be diggin’ the classic colorways, so it looks as if Nike will continue to bring out more of them. Up next is the Nike Dunk High Mineral Blue.

Last seen in 2011, the all-leather Nike Dunk High comes in traditional color-blocking that consists of Mineral Blue and White colorway. More of the same color combination is placed on the midsole/outsole to give the shoe a very balanced look. No word on what the release date is on these, but given the color of the shoe, I wouldn’t mind seeing these drop some time in the Summer. Cop? Let us know in the comments below.

via: baltsneakershow

Author’s Take

In my opinion, this kind of color-blocking looks amazing on the Nike Dunk High. it just gives it that classic/vintage look. Although I won’t be picking up this colorway, there’s a good chance I pick up something that’s very similar to it.
