Two Additional Nike Air Force 1 Low NYC Styles Will Debut At Nike SoHo

Nike Air Force 1 Low 1 Nike Air Force 1 Low

In addition to the previously featured Nike Air Force 1 Low NYC, the classic silhouette will be offered in two more iterations to celebrate the grand opening of Nike’s new retail store, located in the SoHo district of Manhattan.

Unlike the aforesaid pair, these variations are punctuated by laser-etched detailing that is prominent on the swoosh branding for one model, while the other incorporates it across its entire upper. The intricate motif features 30 years’ worth of Air Force 1 icons and graphics.

Complemented with bright orange and white accents to cap off its respective colorway, you can purchase the models exclusively at the new Nike Soho store only, starting tomorrow, November 11 at 529 Broadway in NYC.

Author’s Take

I prefer these offerings more than the previous pristine iteration. The laser etchings are a cool touch and it holds commemorative value.

Initial Look At The Nike Kyrie 2 What The

As part of the stellar Holiday 2016 lineup from Nike and JB, which also include these offerings, the Nike Kyrie 2 is revealed in the popular “What The” theme for its next iteration this season.

While the motif is traditionally known for its eccentric mashup of various colorways and patterns of previous releases, this version of the sneaker, however, is rendered in two separate tones instead — one in white and the other in green.

Other notable details also include a colorful graphic inner lining, an intricate embossed design on the rear and subtle speckling on the midsole unit.

This standout model is suggested to make its debut at select Nike retailers on December 12th.

Author’s Take

I would’ve preferred a more eccentric mashup of colors instead. The tonal look isn’t that bad though.

Author’s Take

Like our EIC has shared, I still don?t get how this colorway correlates with the character. It?s a nice simple variation overall so I don?t dislike it.

The Nike Dunk High Receives Its Own Wheat Colorway

Not to be left out of the yearly “Wheat” colorways every fall, the Nike Dunk High gets in on the tan nubuck coated action with its very own rendition of the now-standard colorway. Seeming to recall the original Nike SB Dunk High from years ago, the new Dunk features the usual tonal nubuck upper and gum rubber sole blueprint. But there’s a catch: these appear to only be releasing in Grade School sizing. Are any of you large-footed “Wheat” fans a bit disappointed you won’t be able to rock a pair?

The Nike Dunk High GS “Wheat” is available now at select Nike Sportswear retailers.

Cristiano Ronaldo Just Signed A Lifetime Deal With Nike Said To Be Worth $1 Billion

Cristiano Ronaldo just signed a deal with Nike that will make him a part of team Swoosh for the rest of his life! Yup, Nike just signed another superstar to a lifetime deal, and just like LeBron James, this lifetime deal is said to be worth close to $1 billion dollars.

TMZ has reported that Ronaldo?s lifetime deal with Nike is ?very similar? to the one LeBron James signed with Nike last December. Ronaldo has been with Nike since 2003 and has worn more than 60 different Nike Mercurial boots throughout those years, I can only imagine how many more he’s going to wear in the upcoming years.

Ronaldo had this to say regarding Nike:

?I have a great relationship with this brand, I have great friends here in the company. We work as a family too. This is my brand.?

Cristiano Ronaldo was already the world?s highest-paid athlete, and now with this new deal don’t expect that to change anytime soon.

Check out the video above to see what else Ronaldo has to say about his lifetime deal with Nike.
