The next notable footwear highlighted from this year’s Doernbecher collection is this special iteration of the Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max, designed by 12-year old, Corwin Carr.
An adventurous-driven child who can’t wait to grow up and get his pilot?s license so he can explore the world, his ambition is essentially reflected on the silhouette with a mixture of deep and light blue shades to emulate the sky, while a graphic of a jumbo jet is prominent across its toe box.
In addition, a map of the world is utilized for its insoles followed by pilot wings surrounding Corwin?s logo on the heel with 40 feathers ? symbolizing the 40 surgeries he?s had since he was diagnosed in utero with prune belly and VATER syndrome, a rare condition that can affect the spine, heart, digestive system, kidneys and more.
Retailing for $125, you can purchase this limited edition pair at select Nike retailers starting Saturday, December 17th.

Another nice design from a talented kid. The gradient palette is great look and the overall message is for a good cause.
