The year of the Air Jordan 12 continues with another Air Jordan 12 that looks like it might have Georgetown roots. Featuring a grey tumbled leather upper with a white mudguard and a mix of Obsidian Blue and University Blue hits on the tongue, lining, heel and Jumpman logo and a Metallic Silver eyelet, the could pass a colorway for the Georgetown Hoyas or even the Final Four participant North Carolina Tar Heels. Could we see this colorway debut during Saturday’s big game? We can only hope for such heat.

Juan Martinez, Editor-In-Chief: While not high on my list of priorities especially after finally seeing some actual images of the shoe, they are still another pair of Air Jordan 12s and it’s hard to screw that silhouette up (*cough* Gamma Blue 12s *cough* trash *cough*). If the release schedule is barren in June, I might consider picking up a pair.

A brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 12 will be arriving this year, as it will be joining a number of revived favorites such as the “French Blue“, “Cherry” and “Flu Game” iterations.

This forthcoming version flaunts a simple palette dominated by Grey and White, while hits of University Blue located behind the tongue and portion of its side panels punctuate the monochromatic theme. Additionally, matching White laces and Metallic Silver accents adorn the top eyelets to round out its makeup.

The Air Jordan 12 Playoffs are hands-down my personal favorite Air Jordan of all-time. There are a variety of reasons for this choice, from Michael Jordan messing around and getting a triple-double in the 1997 NBA All-Star Game to hitting the game-winning shot of Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz to this commercial, and the common thread among them is that MJ was a badass and he was wearing badass shoes. From the black and white color blocking that looks intimidating yet awesome as hell to the hits of red throughout the shoe, it was a perfect for the black socks and bright lights of a Chicago Bulls playoff run.

So how do you make the greatest pair (again, this is my opinion; you are totally within your right to disagree, but know that I don’t care and I won’t change my mind) even better? By adding gold, of course. Similar to how the DMP Air Jordan 11s made the Concords even better by ditching the Concord part and making it gold, the Air Jordan 12 Wings does away with the red and silver and opts for something a little more classy and refined. Enter the gold.

We just came across new images of the Air Jordan 17+ Bulls and we’re here to share them with you. Coming in a Bulls theme colorway, this new look on the Air Jordan 17+ is said to be inspired by Michael Jordan’s 30,000th point in which he happened to score as a Washington Wizard while playing none other than the Chicago Bulls way back in January 4th, 2002.

The 17+ comes dressed in a black leather upper accented by the hits of gym red and white placed all over the shoe. The images above show notable features such as the black laces, Jumpman on the heel and vamp. The metallic red hits on the heel and the faux croc skin on the heel of the shoe. Said to be releasing on May 29th with a retail price of $250, is this a colorway you’re feeling on the Air Jordan 17+?

Heads up everyone, the Air Jordan 5 Low Knicks is dropping tomorrow, yes, on a Monday! Jordans usually drop on Saturday, but for some reason, Jordan Brand decided to it was a good idea to drop the latest Jordan 5 Low on Monday. Jordan Brand is getting ready to release the latest colorway of the Jordan Melo M12. Although Carmelo Anthony has about one month left before his Summer vacation officially begins and his season comes to an end, you’ll still be able to rock his kicks all summer long. Coming in a Jade colorway, this version makes good use of the shoe’s upper.

The official image above show that the shoe comes with black on the tongue and medial side of the shoe, while white is spotted on the lateral and toe of the shoe. The Jade aesthetic is placed on the entire heel as well as on the branding on the tongue. A two-toned midsole that houses the chromed-out Jumpman completes the main parts of the shoe. The Melo M12 is one of Carmelo’s best looking sneakers that over the last couple of years. This is a clean looking colorway with very unique color placement. Good work. Too bad Melo won’t have much time to wear them since his season is coming to an end.

There’s a new Air Jordan 1 Low on the way, but this pair doesn’t have the Nike branding on the tongue like the last several pairs that have released. If the OG look doesn’t really matter to you on the low top version of the Jordan 1, continue reading.

This time around the Air Jordan 1 Low comes in a Black, Red and Cement Grey motif. The upper is constructed out of a black suede and leather. The black is contrasted by the Cement Grey placed on the Nike Swoosh and the outsole of the shoe. One notable feature on the shoe is the fact that the nylon tongue does house the Jumpman branding, but if you take a close look at the image above, there is no tongue tag on the shoe as the Jumpman is placed directly on the nylon tongue. Additional red is seen on the Wings logo on the heel, while the white midsole manages to clean things up a bit. Available internationally, we will let you know once these drop stateside.

The tag-less tongue makes the shoe look “off” to me. The colorway is a but boring as well. This is a Jordan 1 Low I will not be picking up.

If you’re a fan of faux-snakeskin uppers, don’t sleep on the Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau Snakeskin. Already available, today we give you one more look a the shoe to show you what you’re missing out on. 

Coming in a black and red motif, the Air Jordan 1 High comes dressed in a black upper covered in a black faux snakeskin construction. The Nike Swoosh on the side panels is cut out to reveal a mesh material underlay. Adding some pop to the shoe is the red placed on the lining, Jumpman on the tongue and Wings branding on the ankle collar. Spike Lee’s latest Jordan Brand sneaker goes by the name of the Air Jordan Spike 40. We recently came across a low top version of the model, and today we get a first look at Jordan Spike 40 Low in a Triple Black colorway.

The lifestyle shoe comes in a Triple Black offering contrasted by the Metallic Gold hits placed all over the shoe. The shoe’s most noticeable feature is the beloved Nike Air branding placed on the heel. 3M hits are spotted on the ankle collar and heel to give the shoe some added pop. The latest “Jade” aesthetic utilizes an inspired contrasting medial side, a Hyper Jade teal on the unique heel construction, and just the right amount of Chrome accents on the Jumpman branding for an enticing Melo offering. Earlier this month we found out that a new colorway of the Air Jordan 17 would be releasing in May of 2016.

Today we get a first look at this new colorway of the Air Jordan 17 that has been dubbed the Bulls colorway. This colorway features a Black leather upper with Gym Red accents on the eyelets, tongue, and around the heel. White detailing then lands on the outsole to complete the Bulls theme. It’s being rumored that this colorway is inspired by Michael Jordan?s 30,000th point he scored as a Wizard while playing against the Chicago Bulls on January 4th, 2002.

This is not the best picture of the shoe so it’s hard to tell what it actually looks like. I do like the black upper I just wish the shoe had more red on it. If it will retail for $250 like expected though these are an easy pass for me.

Just yesterday we gave you a look at the new White/Metallic Silver colorway of the Jordan Reveal, Jordan Brand’s newest lifestyle silhouette.

Less than 24 hours later we get a look at yet another new color option that takes a much brighter route in comparison to the White pair from yesterday. This Jordan Reveal comes with a full Hyper Turquoise mesh upper and a white midsole/outsole. Black speckling then lands on the midsole along with a black Jumpman by the heel to complete the clean Spring look.

Take a look at the on-feet images above and look for this colorway of the Jordan Reveal to arrive at stateside retailers later this Spring.

Now that I’ve seen this turquoise colorway I’m excited to see what other colorways Jordan Brand comes up with in the future. I’d like to see a nice burgundy pair or maybe navy blue. I just may pick up a pair down the line.
