Rocking a fresh new finish, these versions of the Jordan Trunner LX comes with tonal uppers placed on top of a gum outsole. The first air opts for a Midnight Navy finish, while the second pair goes with a Black motif. Your usual Jordan Trunner LX construction/materials are seen on the shoe, so nothing out of the ordinary to report here. We still don’t have a solid release date for the upcoming Air Jordan 6 Gatorade, but today we bring you what may be our best look yet at the shoe courtesy of some on-feet shots.

This new colorway of the Air Jordan 6 draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s “Be Like Mike” Gatorade commercial that released back in 1991. The shoe features a Carmine-like setup but instead of using red it has been swapped out for Team Orange. Some of the finer details that bring the theme alive include the Gatorade lightning bolt on the lace lock that is meant to mimic the brand’s squeeze bottles, “If I Could Be” written inside the tongue, and Gatorade branded insoles. Black and green accents have been added for further contrast.

The Air Jordan 12 Obsidian Nubuck sample comes with a nubuck upper with textured leather overlays. The rest of the shoe appears to mimic the style of the Air Jordan 12 Obsidian that released. New year, new Jordan Brand Derek Jeter RE2PECT Collection? We don’t know if this will be a recurring yearly thing, but at least for another year Jordan Brand will be releasing another collection paying tribute to the The Captain.

The Jordan Brand Derek Jeter RE2PECT Collection for 2017 will feature the Air Jordan 1 Mid Jeter Re2pect ($110), the Jordan Lunar Grind  ($125) and Jordan Hydro 6 Slide ($50).

All three offerings will comes dressed in Yankee team colors consisting of Navy and White. The Jordan 1 comes with an Obsidian upper paired up with White stitching and placed on top of a Gum sole unit. The Jordan Lunar Grind comes equipped with cement and elephant prints paired up with a Obsidian upper and White Lunar sole. The Jordan Hydro 6 is branded with ?Re2pect? lettering on the sides and comes in a predominantly Obsidian colorway. So, what’s the inspiration behind the Air Jordan 5 Camo? Air Jordan 5 designer Tinker Hatfield states that the inspiration behind this colorway of the Air Jordan 5 is none other than classic fighter planes. As a matter of fact, Tinker used his original sketches of the Air Jordan 5 to create the colorway you see above.

This version of the Air Jordan 5 comes with a premium Grey (Stucco Green) suede upper paired up with the reflective camouflage detail placed on the tongue and heel wrap. The Fire Red hits reference back to some of the original designs back in ?91. The design also comes with an “AIR 23” logo on the heel and an icy translucent outsole. Earlier this month it was believed that the Air Jordan 6 you see above was going to be the actual Air Jordan 6 Gatorade release. Fast forward to the current times and now it turns out that the Air Jordan 6 Gatorade that will be releasing is actually this one.

Does that mean that the Green Air Jordan 6 won’t be releasing? Who knows, but what I do know is that many of us prefer this version because it has more of a Gatorade feel to them, rather than the actual release that many people claim looks too similar to the Carmine 6s. Can this pair be a possible alternate or variant release? We’re just going to have to wait and see what Jordan Brand decides to do. Stay tuned.

Each sneaker in that collection appeared in white, sporting red details and black laces ? a tribute to the city where MJ grew his legend. They’ve remained behind glass ever since. Now, nearly a decade later, the Air Jordan 13s from that collection have been made available to the public for the very first time, commemorating the shoe’s 20th anniversary. Just when you thought Jordan Brand was done releasing premium versions of the Air Jordan 5, they go ahead and leak yet another new colorway. Above you will get a first look at what is currently going by the name of the Air Jordan 5 Premium Wine.

The luxe-looking version of the Air Jordan 5 comes dressed in a Red wine leather upper complimented by a handful of premium features. These premium hits include the embossed branding, leather “Flight” lace lock, a quilt stich leather lining done in a tan hue, rope laces, what appears to be a matching leather midsole and perforarated (slits) hits on the side panels. We’re assuming these will retail for $400 (just like all the other premium versions of the 5). Stay tuned for a release date. Initial thoughts?
