Change Of Release Date: Air Jordan 11 Midnight Navy (UNC)

Just a quick update regarding the upcoming Air Jordan 11. It is now being reported that the new Air Jordan 11 colorway will be releasing on November 11th.

Most of the sneaker internet announced that the Air Jordan 11 UNC would be dropping on November 24th (Black Friday), but with only 2 months before the shoe drops, it looks like Jordan Brand has pushed up the release date by a couple of weeks.

Inspired by Michael?s alma mater, this Jordan 11 features White on the ballistic nylon mesh upper with Midnight Navy hitting the patent leather mudguard as well as the inner liner and heel. Completing the North Carolina theme is a University Blue Jumpman on the ankle. A white midsole and icy blue translucent outsole wrap things up on this Jordan 11. Retail price remains to be $220. Will you cop or pass?

The Air Jordan 32 Surfaces In A Hornets PE Colorway

The Air Jordan XXXII (32) will be making its debut in a few weeks when it releases in the all-red Rosso Corsa colorway. Today we get our first look at a brand new colorway that is NOT covered in red, black, and white courtesy of Marcus Paige of the Charlotte Hornets.

This Hornets PE colorway comes covered in white on the majority of the Flyknit upper while teal, black and purple accents on the ankle, laces, and branding complete the Hornets theme. It’s highly unlikely that this colorway will release to the public, but this pair gives us an idea of color options we can expect to see from the Jordan 32 in the future. What are your thoughts on this Air Jordan 32 Hornets PE?

Release Date: Air Jordan 6 Gatorade

There’s only four months left in 2017, but we’re still expected to see a handful of colorways of the Air Jordan 6 arrive at retailers that include the Promo Jacket, Wheat, and this Gatorade pair.

Set to make its debut in 2017, this new colorway of the Jordan 6 draws inspiration from Michael Jordan?s ?Be Like Mike? Gatorade commercial that released back in 1991. The shoe features a Team Orange nubuck upper with Summit White leather overlays for contrast. Think Carmine but instead of red we have orange. Black and green accents have been added for further contrast. Other details that bring the theme alive include the Gatorade lightning bolt on the lace lock that is meant to mimic the brand?s squeeze bottles, ?If I Could Be? written inside the tongue, and Gatorade branded insoles.

The Air Jordan 6 Gatorade is now scheduled to release next month on October 28th for a retail price of $190. Will this be a cop or a pass for you? Click and bookmark our official Air Jordan 6 Gatorade hub page now for more images, the latest information and full release details.

The Air Jordan 13 Altitude Is Rumored To Return On Black Friday 2017

The Air Jordan 13 Altitude originally released back in 2005 and later received the retro treatment in 2010. The biggest difference between the two releases was that the OG 2005 pair featured leather on the side panels and the 2010 retro came with mesh. Now the almost all-black colorway of the Jordan 13 is rumored to return for Black Friday 2017. Luckily for those of you that are fans of the OG, this pair is expected to come with leather on the upper instead of mesh. Other details include stingray textured overlays on the mudguard and heel, and Altitude Green accents on the outsole and the Jumpman on the tongue.

At the moment the Air Jordan 13 Altitude is expected to release on Black Friday, November 24th for $190. Click and bookmark our Air Jordan 13 Altitude 2017 hub page for the latest images, release information, and other updates.

The Countdown For The Air Jordan 1 Retro High Flyknit Banned Begins

Although we’ve known about the shoe since the month of May, Jordan Brand is finally set to drop the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Flyknit. Set to make its debut in the classic Banned/Bred color scheme, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Flyknit Banned is essentially a modernized/updated version of the classic leather Air Jordan 1 Retro High Bred. Dropping in just a few days, today we take a closer look at the shoe courtesy of our good friends over at BSTN (Germany retailer).

Although most of the shoe is made out of Flyknit, the shoe still comes with leather hits noted on the Nike Air branding on the tongue, Wings logo, Swooshes branding on the sides and the entire inner lining of the shoe. A small detail that should not be overlooked is the sizing and production information done in Gold along with a matching 1985 graphic placed on the lining of the shoe. A White midsole and Red outsole complete the classic aesthetics of the shoe.

Retailing for a price tag of $200, look for this Air Jordan 1 High Flyknit at select Jordan Brand stores and online on September 9th. Click and bookmark our Air Jordan 1 Retro High Flyknit Banned (Bred) hub page now for the latest images, information and full release details.

Author?s Take

Juan Carrillo, Editor: A few years ago, I would have considered this a must-cop. Now, not so much. I have the Vachetta 1s, which in my opinion is a more premium version of these. They’re cool and all, just not for me. I wish they would have release 3-4 years ago.

Here Is Another Sample Colorway Of The Air Jordan 1 Dave White

Remember the sample colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Dave White that we took a look at over the weekend? Well Dave White has now given us a look at 3rd pair he designed which ultimately also ended up as a sample. Here’s what he had to say about the design:

“Way back in 2011 even things like painting on midsoles was very new and technology had just come through enabling this. Long before it actually became a thing I wanted to include a pack of Velcro swooshes that you could attach based on hallowed patterns and materials. I proposed a speckle, safari, and here you can see the Elephant print version detached with the Velcro base visible.”

So this pair was supposed to have interchangeable Swooshes that features different prints/materials. That definitely would have been dope. What are your thoughts on this Air Jordan 1 Dave White sample colorway?
