Author’s Take

Years ago, preferably in 2006, I would be all over this release. Now, since I?m over the camouflage theme, I?m not really interested. I?ll only buy it to resell ? haha. <img src=" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <img src=" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <img src=" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />

This Version Of The adidas Tubular Defiant Comes With Stars On The Straps

adidas Tubular Defiant 1 adidas Tubular Defiant 2 adidas Tubular Defiant 3 adidas Tubular Defiant 4 adidas Tubular Defiant 5

adidas has decided to add a little something something to this latest colorway of the adidas Tubular Defiant. From afar it appears as it comes in a clean Grey and Black colorway, but if you take a close look at the strap on the midfoot you will find that it comes with some stars branding.

This version of the appears to be constructed out of a fleece-like fabric and some type of suede used for the paneling. Elastic is used for the strap, while more suede can be seen on the heel. Notable new features on the shoe include the “BANNED FROM NORMAL” branding on the heel and the aforementioned and the tonal star graphics printed on the midfoot elastic strap. White on the tubular sole and tongue branding complete the look. Expect to find these at select retailers in the near future.

Author’s Take

I could do without the stars, but the “BANNED FROM NORMAL” branding on the heel is definitely a nice touch.
