As a part of the Das Days city takeover series in Los Angeles, adidas Skateboarding hosted a special edition of its touring art exhibition, the Showcase with Showcase X in partnership with renowned street artist Shepard Fairey at Seventh Letter Gallery last week.

Exploring the intersection of art and skateboarding, the iconic artist and longtime skate fan worked closely with the brand in curating a show that celebrated diversity. Featured artists included Sebo Walker, Zorah Olivia, Stella Reynolds, Oscar Meza, Andres Alfonso, Evan Mendel, and Shane Aukland ? all who were in attendance.

Shepard Fairey DJ?d to a packed house accompanied by a live musical performance by the band Easy. adidas Skateboarding athletes Nora Vasconcellos and Marc Johnson supported the night. Also, present were Pro skater Andrew Reynolds (father of showing artist Stella), Starcrawler, Neckface, and actor Blake Anderson. Above you will get a good look at the adidas P.O.D. (aka adidas P.O.D.-S3.1). This new adidas Boost model is expected to make its debut Summer of 2018. The design of the shoe consists of a NMD-like upper done in mesh placed on top of a sole unit that utilized Boost tech only on the heel portion of the sole. This particular colorway comes dressed in Pink with hits of Black noted on the top of the tongue and heel pull tab. A TPU insert is placed on the lateral side of the shoe, while small adidas P.O.D. text is noted on the eyestay.

There’s no official release date, but as mentioned above, look for the adidas P.O.D. to make its debut in several colorways this Summer.

We just got word that a new colorway of the adidas Yeezy 500 is set to drop this Fall season. Dubbed the adidas Yeezy 500 Ultraviolet, this new colorway of the ‘Ye model opts for a tonal finish on the upper as a shade of Dark Purple takes care of the suede, mesh, laces and lining. The same hue is expected to take care of the midsole, while a gum outsole finishes off the look. The image you see above is not a picture of the actual shoe, but rather a photoshop representation of what to expect. Dropping sometime this Fall season, stay tuned as more info begins to surface.

Kanye West returned to Twitter over the weekend and decided to share a couple of early looks/prototypes designs from his adidas Yeezy line. Up above we see what Kanye refers to as an early photoshop version of the adidas Yeezy Boost 350. Kanye posted the picture with the following caption, ?early 350 photoshop. Dropping next week, here’s a good look at the Alexander Wang x adidas Originals BBall Soccer Pack. The pack also marks the debut of the new Alexander Wang BBall Soccer shoe. The shoe will come in your choice of Bold Orange or Core Black. Both iterations will be constructed out of a suede upper with leather overlays that include a ribbed toe drawing from adidas? football boot catalog. The tonal upper is offset by the White hits noted on the heel, tongue branding and Three Stripes branding. Other features include upside down branding on the tongue and heel, Alexander Wang branding on the side of the heel, Boost tech on the rear portion of the midsole and Gum accents on the rear portion of the outsole.

adidas Skateboarding teams up with their own Mark ?Gonz? Gonzales and his brainchild, Krooked Skateboards for the second installment of the adidas x Krooked collaboration. The latest footwear and apparel collection pays homage to Gonz?s iconic art and modernizes the classic 1988 ?Gonz and Roses? board graphic to bridge multiple generations of skateboarding.

Designed from the ground up with Krooked Skateboards, the collection is tied together by a timeless white and canary blue color palette, applied to an equally classic silhouette, the Superstar Vulc. Said to be releasing sometime during the month of August, here’s another at one of the colorways from the Pharrell x adidas Afro NMD Hu Pack.

The Pharrell x adidas Afro NMD Hu Pack comes with an Africa-inspired theme. Above you will find one of the three colorways that come detailed with colorful tribal patterns and a new trail-style sole. The shoes? upper also feature each own message with the  the Red/Blue version featuring ?Mother Land?. Other details on the shoe include a Blue trail  outsole, White Boost midsole, two-toned laces, multicolored beads on the Grey heel tab, Black EVA inserts, and a Black cage that?s connected to the lacing system.

We haven’t seen much of the adidas EQT Support ADV Mid lately, but that all changes today as adidas has just released a new colorway of the revamped silhouette. Originally releasing as a low top, adidas decided to give the EQT Support ADV a new look in 2018 by transforming it into a Mid. This colorway that we see above comes covered in a Core Black and Grey Primeknit upper with bright pops of EQT Yellow on the ribbon three stripes branding on the side panels as well as on the heel portion of the outsole. A white EVA midsole adds some balance to this adidas EQT Support ADV Mid that is available at select three stripes retailers now for $160.

adidas has created a new colorway of the adidas Harden Vol. 2 dubbed the Nightmare draws inspiration from The Beard?s ability to strike fear in his defender. The shoe has been given the Triple Black treatment and along with silver detailing on the three stripes branding and the Harden logo on the tongue.

adidas will be debuting the new adidas F/22 Primeknit sometime next month. That said, expect new colorways of the model to begin leaking in the coming weeks. Next up, is this new Salmon, Black and White iteration you can see above.

The adidas F/22 Primeknit consists of a Primeknit upper that utilizes a sock-like design. A suede patch lands on the lateral side of the shoe, while a TPU-like stabilizer is placed on the medial side. Heel pull tabs and adidas branding on the tongue and side panels and a rugged rubber outsoles are also part of the shoe’s design. Thoughts on the adidas F/22 Primeknit? New Parley x adidas Ultra Boost and Ultra Boost X collabs will be making their debut next week. Parley for the Oceans, adidas Running and FC Barcelona goalkeeper Marcter Stegen have revealed the latest limited release to continue raising awareness for the threat of marine plastic pollution.

?I live by the sea and try to spend as much time as possible there,? Ter Stegen said. ?When I first learnt about the adidas and Parley partnership, I immediately connected with it. I want to help change our environment through an initiative I believe in.?

Both the Parley x adidas Ultra Boost and Ultra Boost X are inspired by the Dark Blues and Greens of the urban harbor. Both models fuse performance-oriented footwear technology with progressive ecoinnovation. Every pair of the limited collection prevents approximately 11 plastic bottles from the possibility of entering the oceans.
