Known as the sneaker Michael Jordan wore back in 1997 during Game 5 of the NBA Finals. The Black and Varsity Red Air Jordan 12 gained notoriety for being the shoe Jordan wore while he fought the flu and still managed to delivery a gutsy effort to help lead the Chicago Bulls to victory over the Utah Jazz. For 2025, this upcoming version of the Air Jordan 12 Flu Game is expected to look and feel as identical to the original design as possible. This includes the original updated shape that will mirror the OG pair, as well as the beloved Black and Red leather color scheme. Design details include the Black tumbled leather on the uppers and tongues, while Varsity Red accents take care of the textured mudguard, midsole, Jumpman branding, and heels. As an added bonus, the 2025 Air Jordan 12 Flu Game will also come in special box packaging highlighted by the beloved “Nike Air” logo branding on it for that added touch of nostalgia that we all appreciate. Yet to be unveiled, below you will find images of the 2016 pair.
