Nike Air Classic BW 1 Nike Air Classic BW 2 Nike Air Classic BW 3 Nike Air Classic BW 4 Nike Air Classic BW 5 Nike Air Classic BW 6

The Nike Air Classic BW Persian Violet is arguably the most popular colorway on the Big Window, right? So why not release another colorway of the shoe that also rocks Persian Violet? That exactly what Nike did.

This version of the Air Classic BW has the Persian Violet placed on the mesh part of the upper. The bottom portion of the upper comes in white fashion to nicely contrast the purple hue up top. Below the shoe you will find a black outsole that gives the model a brand new look. Said to already be arriving at select retailers, let us know if this colorway is better than original Persian Violet colorway placed on the silhouette.

Author’s Take

It’s a solid colorway, but if I was forced to choose, I’d say that the OG Persian Violet is a better look. Either way, this is definitely a good choice for the Spring/Summer season.

Author’s Take

The choice of leather and suede is a good look on the shoe. I just can’t get past the actual look of the shoe, which I despise.

The BUNNEY x Converse Jack Purcell Collaboration Exudes Quality Crafsmanship

BUNNEY is a London-based jewelry lifestyle brand that was created back in 2009. They are dedicated to quality craftsmanship with every product they create. They now take their talents and blend them with Converse to collaborate on some of its most refined footwear to date.

The collaboration will consists of the Converse Jack Purcell and the Converse Jack Purcell Slip-On. To really make both models stand out, BUNNEY got together with Linton Tweeds (a mill made famous by supplying Parisian couture houses as far back as the 1920s), to create a luxe cloth fabric for the shoes. Both pairs are covered in Petersham grosgrain ribbons and subtle textures. Adding more of a luxe look to the shoe is the premium pink kid leather lining, resulting in a nice sophisticated touch. If you take a look at the left heel, you will find the BUNNEY logo as a nod to the folklore on the lucky rabbit. Cop or drop?

Author’s Take

The material used on the uppers is pretty sweet. I don’t own any shoes rocking the texture, but I’d be more than happy to pick up a pair.

A Detailed Look At The adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 Low Jeremy Lin PE

Jeremy Lin looks like he found a home in Charlotte. Although he and his team is currently down 2-0 versus Miami in the NBA playoffs, the team (and Jeremy) has improved greatly as the NBA season progressed. Could it be possible that we could soon see Linsanity 2.0? I guess only time will tell.

Formerly a part of the Nike family, Lin is now a part of team adidas. With the Three Stripes supporting and backing him up, they have decided to give him his own PE in the form of an adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 Low. The adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 Low Jeremy Lin PE comes in a black and silver colorway topped off with an argyle pattern placed on the midfoot region of the shoe. Additional features on the shoe include the webbed netting on the vamp and the carbon fiber on the toe. A silver heel counter with adidas branding breaks up the tonal look of the upper. Jeremy Lin?s ?JL7? logo is placed on the tongue, while more silver is located on the midsole and eyelets. Available internationally, keep it locked to find out if these find their way stateside.

Author’s Take

The adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 Low is a clean looking model, dressing it in black and silver makes the shoe look even better. Great PE for Jeremy Lin.

The Nike Air Force 1 Gets Covered In A Woven Upper

NIKE AIR FORCE 1 1 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 2 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 3 NIKE AIR FORCE 1 4

Yesterday we highlighted two new colorways of the new and improved Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit in a Blue Lagoon multicolor option as well as a University Red colorway.

We now shift our focus to another new version of the popular Nike sneaker. Seen on the site before, this new rendition of the Air Force 1 does away with the traditional leather upper and replaces it with a new woven upper. This colorway takes on the all-black look and is contrasted by White detailing on the sole unit as well as on the branding on the tongue and heel tab. The ankle strap has also been blacked out and includes silver metal detailing.

Nike has just added another clean Air Force 1 to the constantly growing lineup. Are you feeling the new woven upper on this classic sneaker?

via: Lapstone & Hammer

Author’s Take

The woven upper reminds me of the Air Jordan Future which I?m a big fan of. I look forward to seeing what other colorways Nike will release. Better yet, will we be seeing a low-top version?

Nike Pushes The Laser Cut Look This Season On Its Lifestyle Models

Dylan Raasch’s iconic Nike Roshe Run is back for the summer featuring a material you wouldn’t necessarily conjure up when thinking of the warmest months ahead: leather. Nike Sportswear continues to tinker and retool the Zen-inspired design, and with the Nike Roshe Run NM Laser, a premium leather upper sees laser cut ventilation strips on the heel and toe to add a necessary breathable component. The latest “Triple White” colorway is sure to be a hit, as the lack of color throughout strips things down to the bare bones. Even the Swoosh branding is subdued on the side panel to a simple inset embossing. No word yet on a release date, but check out more detailed shots below and let us know if you’re a fan of the latest Roshe creation in the comments section.

Believe It Or Not, There Are No Major Nike Or Jordan Releases This Weekend

It looks like everyone’s bank accounts will be getting a break this weekend, as there are somehow no major Nike or Jordan Brand releases this Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. This anomaly of the sneaker release date schedule hasn’t happened for as long as we can remember, and has us wondering how it can even occur with the usually heavy slate of sneakers from Jordan and Nike each weekend. A Saturday without a Jordan retro? What gives?

Nike Kyrie 2 1 Nike Kyrie 2 2 Nike Kyrie 2 3 Nike Kyrie 2 4 Nike Kyrie 2 5 Nike Kyrie 2 7 Nike Kyrie 2 6

After giving you a first look at the new Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache earlier this month, we have now found out the release date for the this retro-inspired colorway.

This upcoming colorway of Kyrie Irving’s 2nd signature sneaker with Nike takes inspiration from an OG colorway of the Nike Air Huarache that was designed by Tinker Hatfield. The shoe features a classic combination of White, Black, Bold Berry and blue for a clean and classic look.

At the moment the Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache is scheduled to release on June 7, 2016 for a retail price of $120. Is this a cop or a drop for you?

Author’s Take

Who would have thought that the Bold Berry colorway would look just as good on a basketball shoe like it does on the Air Huarache? Pretty cool idea and nice execution by Nike.

While an abundance of men’s styles were recently featured, the Nike Air Huarache in an exclusive women’s colorway is now highlighted.

Sporting an eye-catching tone of atomic pink, the defining theme essentially covers the sneaker’s neoprene composition, perforated leather overlays on the toe cap and side panels to increase breathability, as well as its signature heel cage system.

A pristine white midsole unit and black outsole juxtaposes the vivid upper, as more black accents are seen on the tongue via branding.

Author’s Take

This silhouette is pretty popular amongst males and females. Ladies who adore this colorway should consider purchasing. I like it as well. It’s not too, too bright.
