Hot Wheels and Nike come together to give a special iteration of Paul George’s latest signature sneakers, the Nike PG 6.
Paul George is known for being a huge car fanatic. Paying homage to his love for automobiles, the Hot Wheels x Nike PG 6 starts off with a Blue-to-Red gradient upper that is then covered in details from the nostalgic toy car brand. In addition to the gradient motif, other noteworthy details include the both the reversed Swoosh and his number ?13? given an update via the addition of flames. Elsewhere you will find checkerboard tongues nodding to the final lap flag in a race. Speaking of the tongues, the left tongue houses the Hot Wheels logo and the right tongue houses PG’s logo. Dual branding also appears on the insoles, all while being placed inside special packaging.

UPDATE (11/10): Nike and Mattel officially introduce a brand new collaboration between Paul George and Hot Wheels, paying homage to PG?s love of muscle cars.
“Cladded in checkerboard prints and flaming Swoosh logos, the PG 6 sneaker?s nostalgic design includes PG?s jersey number and the iconic PG backwards Swoosh with the Hot Wheels flames, as well as a checkered flag with the Hot Wheels logo on the tongue graphic. Nike SB and HUF will be linking up to drop three special iterations of the SB Dunk Low that will be celebrating HUF’s 20th Anniversary. Known as the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low City Pack, the collaboration will include NYC, San Francisco and a Friends and Family colorway. Here is a first look at the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low NYC.

Done in similar fashion as the Nike Dunk Low Pink Suede, this new iteration of the model opts for a full suede construction consisting of a Bone base contrasted by the Black overlays. Other notable features include the double-layered motif on the Swooshes, heel overlays, and tongue tags done in Cream and Grey, mesh tongues, houndstooth laces atop a Sail midsole and Navy rubber outsole.
