Making its debut next week, here are official images of the Nike LeBron 21 Queen Conch. For those that may remember, the LeBron James actually introduced the Nike LeBron 21 Queen Conch on Christmas, now it’s getting ready for its retail launch.
The Nike LeBron 21 is inspired by the elusive queen conch as the sneaker attempts to mirrors its soft, pastel shades. LeBron?s daughter influenced his growth and softened him as a father. Like an oyster cradles a pearl, he protects her ceaselessly. The sneaker features an exposed construction on the heel that is said to mimic a shell?s texture. Other details include a quilted, perforated foam tongue, while the copper to rose gold transition on the two-tone design represents the queen conch?s shell.
Retailing for $210, the Nike LeBron 21 Queen Conch is set to release on February 16th 8th at select retailers and Nike.com. For a complete guide including official photos, release dates, pricing and where to buy, visit: Nike LeBron 21 Queen Conch.
In release news, the Air Jordan 13 Blue Grey arrives on February 10th.
UPDATE (2/8): Initially believed to be releasing on February 16th, the Nike LeBron 21 Queen Conch is actually now available for purchase on Nike.com. This is what Nike had to say about this latest LeBron release.
“Last time around, LeBron flipped the script on his shoe game as only the King can. The encore is even better. The LeBron XXI has a cabling system that works with Zoom Air cushioning and a light, low-to-the-ground design, giving you agile fluidity and explosiveness without excess weight. Created for your ascent and the next generation of hoopers, it?s ideal for Bron-like open-floor attacks and rising toward the rim when the game?s pace turns up. This special design takes its cues from the pastel-hued and hard-to-come-by queen conch, a sea snail with superior strength and sparkle.”
