Night Maroon And Vachetta Tan Combine On The Nike Match Classic

Nike Match Classic 10 Nike Match Classic 11 Nike Match Classic 12 Nike Match Classic 13

Rounding out the trios of Nike Match Classics with Vachetta Tan detailing is this Night Maroon pair that just may be the best out of all three.

We first saw an all-white colorway which was followed by all-black. Now Nike switches things up and adds some color with this Night Maroon pair that sees the majority of the upper covered in a vibrant suede upper in the aforementioned hue. White Nike branding is then visible on the side panels and tongue that serve as a contrast. And as you already know, the heel has been hit with Vachetta Tan leather detailing that adds a nice pop to the shoe.

Pick up a pair for your collection now at select Nike retailers for $100.

Author’s Take

I love maroon/burgundy and this colorway looks nice, I just can’t see myself wearing the Match Classic. It’s not really my style.

The Olympic vibes are strong at the moment as we’re less than two months away from the big games. Nike has already gotten the party started as they’ve began releasing Olympic-inspired sneakers over the past week or so.

Tomorrow we’ll be seeing a wider release of what is surely one of the best Olympic releases this Summer with the Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit Olympic. This Air Presto features College Navy all over the Flyknit upper with vibrant Comet Red detailing on the ankle, underlayer, and the Nike branding on the midsole and heel. Capping off the Olympic look are hits of Metallic Gold on the cage, toe, and the branding on the toebox and tongue.

While some retailers have already released this sneaker, more locations will be dropping it tomorrow, July 7th. Retail price has been set at $160.

Author’s Take

This would probably have to be my favorite colorway of the Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit. Love the traditional USA colorway with thr added hits of gold.

Author’s Take

The Vachetta Tan detailing does make the shoe look better but I don’t think I would cop, at least not in this colorway.
