Unveiled by Vanessa Bryant, this new iteration of the Kobe 5 Protro gets its inspiration from the classic “X-Ray” shirt designed by Nike for Kobe Bryant as part of the “Broken Not Beaten” campaign from 2011 that displayed his hand injuries alongside his five championship rings. Arriving in a Deep Royal Blue/Baltic Blue-Glacier Blue color scheme, this Nike Kobe 5 Protro has a similar vibe to the Nike Air Force 1 Low Purple Skeleton that dropped back in 2022. Design details include a Deep Royal blue base highlighted by the visible foot radiograph graphic. You also get Baltic Blue Swoosh logos outlined in White as well as a glow-in-the-dark semi-translucent outsole that further emphasizes the X-Ray theme.
