Nike has created a Nike Air Max Plus which looks to the French city of “Marseille” for inspiration. Covered in White, Metallic Silver, and University Blue, this offering of the Nike Air Max Plus pays homage to the Marseille Coat of Arms as the sneaker starts off with a White mesh construction on the base of the upper. Next up we see a grey grid-like pattern on the upper which is reminiscent of the Velodrome stadium’s layout. The signature TPU overlays on the upper are done in White and University Blue gradient look with more University Blue seen on the eyelets and the Nike branding on the insoles. Additional details include shiny silver Swooshes on the side panels, jewel logos on the tongues which depict the Flag of Marseille, 3M reflective accents on the toes, and the midsoles and outsoles done in white and blue.
