For those of you not familiar with the Air Jordan 4 Fear, this colorway of the model originally launched in 2013 as part of the Air Jordan “Fear Pack,” that also included the recently retroed Air Jordan 3 Fear as well as the Air Jordan 5 Fear. The Air Jordan “Fear Pack” drew inspiration from the 2008 “Becoming Legendary” campaign starring Michael Jordan. This commercial has Jordan expressing “I’m scared of what I won’t become. You’re scared of what I could become.” This theme is reflected on each pair from the Fear Pack. The Air Jordan 4 Fear comes dressed in a Black, White, Cool Grey, and Pure Platinum color scheme. Design details include a Black, Pure Platinum, and Cool Grey upper offset by the White accents throughout. Defininf features include the Black-speckled midsole, the visible Red Nike Air unit on the rear portion of the midsole, a White rubber outsole and insoles that house the infamous quote, “I’m scared of what I won’t become. You’re scared of what I could become.”
