Nike Air Foamposite Pro Sequoia Releasing This Week

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Sequoia is dropping in two days, and with fall just weeks away, it’s going to be a perfect pair to rock during those months. The basketball sneaker?s signature foam shell is covered in the dark green sequoia hue, while it?s contrasted with black used for the laces, eyestays, lining, Swooshes and carbon fiber. Team orange accents are then applied on the miniature Swoosh branding for a nice pop, while a matching black rubber outsole tops it off.

Look for this Nike Air Foamposite Pro at select Nike stores and online on August 16 for $230. Release Date: Nike Air VaporMax 95 Slate

Later this week we’ll see the retail debut of the Nike Air VaporMax 95 as the first colorway to release will be the OG Neon pair. Today we get a first look at the pair that will be following it as we bring you first images of the Slate colorway.

Also inspired by an OG colorway of the Nike Air Max 95, this Air VaporMax 95 features a white upper along with a few different shades of blue seen on the signature gradient pattern on the side panels. A green Swoosh on the ankle, blue eyelets, and a translucent blue VaporMax sole unit with hits of black complete the look.

Be on the lookout for the Nike Air VaporMax 95 Slate to release on September 6th 2018 for $190.

Earlier this year adidas Y-3 unveiled a new basketball silhouette, the adidas Y-3 BYW BBall. Inspired by the adidas BYW (Boost You Wear), today we look at the latest colorway that is sure to turn some heads.

This adidas Y-3 BYW BBall starts off with a Lush Red neoprene on the majority of the upper with a premium black suede hitting the toe box. Additional features include black waxed laced, a molded lateral panel, Y-3 branding on the tongues, white Boost on the midsole, and Yohji Yamamoto’s signature in white stitched onto the toe.

A new colorway of the adidas D Rose 9 is set to release sooner rather than later. This time around adidas covered Rose’s 9th signature shoe in a clean Black and Gold color scheme. Details on the model include the breathable, lightweight upper, Bounce cushioning, a neoprene collar and sock-like construction for snug and comfortable fit and a rubber traction Adiwear for extra durability and grip. No official release date has been announced, but look for it to drop in the coming days at select retailers and adidas.com.

The Nike LeBron Soldier 12 Olive along with the Nike LeBron Soldier 12 Anchor we previosuly shared with you make up what is called the Land and Sea Pack. This colorway of the Nike LeBron Soldier 12 comes dressed in a Olive-colored upper equipped with  military-inspired logos as well as LeBron James? signature ?LJ? crown logo on the toe. Other features on the shoe include the Sail midsole and Gum rubber outsole.

Coming Soon: Nike Hyperdunk X Flight Huarache

Set to drop later on this month, here’s an official look at the Nike Hyperdunk X Flight Huarache. This new colorway of the Nike Hyperdunk X is inspired by the colorway of the  OG Air Flight Huarache. The shoe features a Black upper contrasted by the Berry and Blue accents that execute the Huarache motif. Other details on the shoe include the Silver Swoosh logo on the midsole and White rubber outsole.

Tech details on the shoe include a woven jacquard upper, a Flywire system for lock-down support and a Zoom Air cushioned midsole with a multi-directional rubber outsole tops it all off. Get a good look at the shoe above and look for it to release later on this month for the retail price of $130.

Heres What Went Down At Russell Westbrooks Why Not Asia Tour

Russel Wesbrook took part in his ?Why Not?? Asia Tour for this third year in a row. The tour has one goal: to spread his love of the game and ?Why Not?? philosophy. ?If I have a challenge, I run at it, not away from it,? Russ has said of this fearless mentality, which motivates him to pursue his passions on and off the court.

?For me, the most important part of this tour is getting to the fans, the kids and the people,? Russ said on the first day of tour. In Shanghai, Russ is exploring the city, meeting fans and attending the King of Underdogs tournament and Why Not? Apprentice Challenge. In Beijing, he?s spending time with local fans and artists, awarding Wings students and judging the NBA5v5 Dunk Contest. In Tokyo, he?s connecting with local fans at signature stores, meeting various fashion designers and playing ball with local youth. Day 1: Why Not? Salon and King of Underdogs
2:00 p.m.: After arriving in Shanghai earlier in the day, Russ heads to the gym for his first workout of the tour.
4:00 p.m.: Russ jumps in the car for a 40-minute ride to the new Jordan 77 Songhu store for the Why Not? Salon.
4:40 p.m.: Upon arrival, Russ is welcomed by a sea of fans, local art students and art pieces inspired by his ?Why Not?? philosophy.
5:00 p.m.: Russ joins five fan club members in a Russ-inspired trivia contest. He talks about his new Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 Low and explains that the shoe was inspired by the court he played on as a child.
5:10 p.m.: Russ flexes his creativity at the T-shirt customization area, where fans got to fill in a blank. He chose the words ?equality? and ?youth.?
6:00 p.m.: Russ arrives at the Huangpu Sports Park for the livestreamed King of Underdogs tournament ? the most popular, grassroots one-on-one basketball show. The winner takes home a pair of signed black Jordan Why Not Zer0.1 Lows.

10:00 a.m.: Russ works out at the Yingmi Basketball Court.
3:00 p.m.: Various media interview Russ at a hotel with a sweeping view of Shanghai.
4:35 p.m.: Wearing an all-white ?fit and a floral Why Not? T-shirt, Russ takes a Why Not? City Tour to check out the freshest Chinese fashion retailers, including Eth0s and designer Feng Chen Wang.
6:00 p.m.: Russ heads to the Rosso School of Art and Design, where he meets student designers.
7:15 p.m.: Russ travels to the Why Not? Apprentice Challenge to play with students at Wuai High School. Russ selects four out of 12 graduates, who competed in multiple challenges for a chance to go to the Beijing Championships.

BEIJING

Day 3: Why Not? Art Exhibition and Wings Visit
1:35 p.m.: Russ arrives in Beijing after a two-hour flight.
3:00 p.m.: Russ hits the gym and does some shooting drills before getting started for the day.
7:00 p.m.: Russ heads to the Why Not? Art Exhibition near the new Jordan 9 Guanghua Store, where crowds outside cheer ?OKC!? and ?MVP!? He meets four local artists, who each created sculptures inspired by Russell and his ?Why Not?? mentality.
7:15 p.m.: Russ meets with members of the Lace Up sneaker app, who created a film and art pieces inspired by Russ and his childhood best friend.
7:30 p.m.: Russ meets with Wings students, awards them with their high school graduation plaques, helps officially announce Wings 2.0 in China and plays a game with the kids.

The Nike React Element 87 Dark Grey Releases Tomorrow

Nike is hitting us with two new colorways of the Nike React Element 87 this week after debuting the silhouette last month.

Dropping alongside the Desert Sand colorway, this version of the Nike React Element 87 features a translucent mesh upper done in Dark Grey and Pure Platinum detailing. Red and white are then seen on the laces, exposed eyestay, tongue, heel, and medial side panel. The shoe is then finished off with a white React midsole with blue accents and reflective 3M on the heel pull tabs.

Look for the Nike React Element 87 in Dark Grey to release on August 14th for $160.

Paul George is an Oklahoma City Thunder. He was an Indiana Pacer, but he will always be a Fresno State Bulldog. Paying homage to his alma mater, here’s a good look at the Nike PG 2.5 Fresno.

This colorway of the Nike PG hybrid model comes dressed in a Gym Red, Dark Obsidian, and White color scheme (Fresno State’s school colors). The shoe’s upper comes in a Gym Red finish, while being accented by the Obsidian hits on areas such as the branding and strap. Below you will find a White midsole and icy translucent outsole to complete the look of the shoe.

First Look At The Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG

After weeks of rumors and speculation, pro BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has taken the time today to officially unveil his upcoming Air Jordan 1 collaboration.

Covered in Sail on the upper, this collaborative Air Jordan 1 comes constructed out of a premium leather. Some of the finer details include a White Swoosh on the side panels that appears to be missing the yarn stitching and is only left with the holes for a unique look, worn in/distressed marks on the heel and toe (something that Nigel does to all of his Air Jordan 1s since he rides in them), a tonal mini Swoosh by the toe, a black tongue and laces, and red Nike Air branding on the tongue with a matching rubber outsole.

Current reports have the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG releasing on August 22nd which Jordan Brand hopefully confirms soon. Retail price will be $160. Nike Is Bringing Back The Nike Air Swoopes 2

If you’re too young to know who Sheryl Swoopes is, we suggest you take some time out of your day to Google her. Considered one of the best women’s basketball players of all time, it was just announced that Nike would be bringing back her Nike Air Swoopes 2 basketball sneaker.

Sherryl Swoopes (the first female signature athlete) debuted the Nike Air Swoopes 2 back in 1996 during USA Basketball?s Olympic run. Twenty-two years later, the classic basketball sneaker returns in both Red/White and Blue/White. Both colorways of the Nike Air Swoopes 2 are constructed out of White leather uppers offset by the Black nubuck overlays and Blue or Red on areas such as the outsoles, pull tabs and eyelets. Standout details on the shoes include the shoe’s signature toggled lacing system, Zoom Air cushioned sole and the basketball textured designs on the heels.
