Summer time is the perfect season to rock all-White kicks. If you’re in need of a fresh new pair, we just the one for you. Let’s get a better look at the Nike Zoom Mercurial Flyknit coming in an all-White colorway.
For those of you not too familiar with the model, it’s essentially a hybrid/remixed version of the Nike Free Mercurial Superfly with one of the major differences being the change of sole construction/technology. The shoe rocks an all-White ribbed Flyknit upper which includes the branding as well as the sock-like collar. Below you will also find an all-White sole that’s inspired by the Nike Zoom Spiridon that released back in 1997. Slated to release on June 23rd, do you have this pair on your watch list?
The adidas Tubular X Primeknit White/Tan Drops In The Fall
It’s been a while since the adidas Tubular X Primeknit model has dropped in a new colorway. Soon that’s about to change as the silhouette is set to release this brand new White and Tan offering.
The model starts off with an all-White Primeknit upper. The clean aesthetic of the shoe is accented by the hits of Light Tan used on the X-shaped paneling. Below you will find a two-toned Tubular sole coming in White and off-White translucent rubber placed on the heel portion of the sole. Said to be releasing sometime during the Fall, let us know if you plan on scooping up a pair later on during the year.
The New Balance 999 Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary
Approximately 30 years ago, New Balance released the New Balance 999. To help celebrate the model’s 30 years of existence, New Balance decided to release two premium versions of the shoe that comes in two different tonal offerings.
Coming in either White or Grey, both pairs are constructed out of a leather (White) or nubuck (Grey) upper. What you may also notice is that New Balance created the shoe in the more modernized version which has it come in a deconstructed design. Not only does the new look give the shoe more of a sleek and modern look, it also makes much more lightweight. Add in the extra perforations and you have yourself and nice seamless and breathable sneaker. Available now, pick up either pair today for $130 each.
Jimmy Kimmel Roasts The Under Armour Curry 2 Low Chef Sneakers
Stephen Curry finally made his presence felt during this year’s NBA Finals, as he had his best game of the series while leading his Warriors to a 3-1 series lead over the LeBron James and the Cavaliers. Although Curry is only one win away from his second NBA title, that doesn’t mean that he gets a pass when it comes to people criticizing his latest sneaker, the Under Armour Curry 2 Low Chef.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, all of the internet has been making fun of Curry’s latest sneaker coming in the all-White colorway, with some people even calling it “nurse shoes” and even “dad shoes”. During the latest Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel took the time to also make fun of the shoe by showing a mock commercial for the shoe. The commercial shows the all-White pair of Currys being worn by a middle-aged dad going through his daily activities. Check out the video above and let us know how you feel about Curry’s latest sneakers.
Buy, Pass, Wait: adidas Yeezy Boost 750, More NMDs, Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone
It’s Yeezy Season again with the release of the latest 750, but with a pair of Air Jordan lows, a trio of new Primeknit NMDs and much more, is it really all that important? Ok, I’m probably speaking for myself because Sneaker Twitter has been taking all sorts of Ls for the past few weeks trying to cop a pair of Yeezys, but I’m way more interested in everything that’s dropping this weekend, especially those fire Japan Black NMDs. See what we mean in this latest edition of Buy, Pass, Wait.
Juan Martinez, Editor-In-Chief: (PASS) 350 or nothing for me. The glow-in-the-dark is a fancy gimmick and totally works for the shoe, but I wonder what took them so long to do it. A glow-in-the-dark 350 would be pretty great though…
Renz Ofiaza, News: (PASS) I like this one more than the first pair just because of that gum tooling. Still, I’m not that inclined on this model since I like the 350s more. It’s a solid colorway though.
Juan Carrillo, News: (BUY) I know I said I would never buy a pair of Yeezys, but if I have a chance to get these for retail I will do so without hesitation and flip them in exchange for a couple sneakers I missed out on over the past couple of years. I would never wear the Uggs, but I’d definitely flip them.
Andres Carrillo, News: (PASS) Another Yeezy that people will go crazy over and I can’t really care less. This colorway looks too much like the original release except with a gum outsole. Shouldn’t adidas have released new colorways of the 350 since Summer is right around the corner?
New adidas NMD Primeknits (Pick One)
EIC Juan: (Japan Black) I have an irrational love for many things Japan, whether it’s Pachinko machines, J-Pop and the Sega Mega Drive, so an NMD with kanji on the EVA plugs are going to raise my eyebrows. Despite owning the original NMD, I would still cop this pair if I had an easy route (meaning no lines, no apps, no checkout problems).
Renz: (Solid Grey) You really can’t go wrong with a pair. This color combo is pretty versatile and stylish. I’m just a fan and pretty biased overall.
News Juan: (Solid Grey) Out of the Grey, Core Black and French Beige colorways, the one I’d pick up would probably be the Grey pair. I really like the striped look in the sock-like collar.
Andres: (French Beige) My favorite colorway from this release is the beige/white version. I still haven’t picked up a pair of NMDs and had no luck again this time around.
EIC Juan: (WAIT) I love this colorway and I’ll love it even more when the price drops to the $130-$140 range, where it should be in the first place.
Renz: (PASS) I would’ve liked it more in its original cut. This colorway isn’t for me, but it is pretty appealing. Easy pass.
News Juan: (PASS) I’ve never been a fan of this shade of Blue. The silhouette is cool in low-top fashion, but I wouldn’t pick it up in this colorway. I just see it as “another retro” dropping on a Saturday.
Andres: (PASS) What’s up with all of these crazy colors on low-top sneakers that nobody likes? I guess Jordan brand thought that since people like the Pantone 11s they would try it on the 9 Lows too. Bad idea.
Renz: (PASS) Just like the AJ 9 Low, I prefer this silhouette in its original form. In some colorways I would consider, although, this pair isn’t one of them. The makeup is still nice but I’m not tempted.
News Juan: (PASS) The same issue I had with the Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone, I have with this pair. This shade of Blue is not really my thing. The shoe will perhaps get some attention because of the “UNC” name, but I’ sure it will be another Jordan sitting on shelves.
Andres: (PASS) If these were the original Mids they maybe wold have been a little more popular, but I doubt it. I expect these to sit on shelves all year long. If the Air Jordan 2 Low Chicago is already being sold for $100, how much do you think this UNC colorway will get discounted?
Nike Kyrie 2 Kyrache
EIC Juan: (WAIT) Looks like you can cop a pair of the Kyraches just about anywhere and not have a problem doing so. Great for me because I can just wait for the first price drop or two to get it. Yup, even though the Kyries are relatively cheap, I don’t mind waiting because I’ll wear them long after they’re cool (if they ever were cool).
Renz: (BUY) I’m a fan of this silhouette in general and I think this is one of the best or better colorways on the model so far. The color execution to mimic the classic Air Flight Huarache was nicely done.
News Juan: (PASS) I like the theme of the shoe and how it was utilized on the model, but it’s just not a pair of Kyrie’s that I’d pick up. I’ve yet to pick up a pair of this model, but I can think of a few colorways I’d probably pick up over these.
Andres: (PASS) The inspiration behind this colorway of the Kyrie 2 is pretty cool, but I’m just not a fan of the colors that were used on the shoe. Maybe if was a fan of the Air Flight Huarache I would have liked these.

Sneakers In 4K: Air Jordan 4 PRM Snakeskin (Video)
The Air Jordan 4 PRM Snakeskin is one of the more controversial sneaker releases in quite some time. The premium snakeskin upper make its unlike any other Air Jordan 4 we have ever seen outside of customs to give it a luxury look and feel that definitely elevates Jordan Brand to a different place. However, was the $400 price really necessary to prove that point across?
NBA Kicks On Fire: Stephen Curry Is The (Under Armour Curry Two) Black Knight The NBA Deserves
Looks like Stephen Curry decided to stop messing around. After letting the supporting cast get all the love and glory during the first two blowout wins and putting up a stinker in Game 3, the MVP woke up on Friday night to the tune of a 38-point performance as he led the Golden State Warriors to a hard-fought win against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Now they are just one win away from repeating as NBA champions. Not bad for the Black Knight, which is the nickname of the Under Armour Curry Twos that he wore during the game.
As for the rest of the night in kicks, Kyrie Irving debuted yet another Nike Kyrie 2 Finals PE, Klay Thompson wonders when someone will ask him about his ANTA KT 1s (or not) and LeBron James switches back to the Nike LeBron 13 Elite after debuting the Nike LeBron Soldier 10 during Game 3.
