The adidas Prophere will be making its debut tomorrow. Soon thereafter, a collab with UNDFTD will also be releasing. Now we have word that the adidas Prophere in Grey that you see above will also be releasing before the year ends.

A first look at the adidas Prophere colorway shows that the shoe comes in a clean Grey, White, and Solar Red color scheme. Just like the Black pair dropping tomorrow, this version also comes with a Primeknit upper that done in Grey and placed on top of the thick and chunky White rubber sole. We got an on-hand look at the shoe yesterday and we noticed that the shoe does come with a substantial amount of weight to it. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, the shoe could still be very comfortable (didn’t get to try it on, size was too small), it’s just that we’ve come so accustomed to ultra light shoes that the moment we see a pair with some extra ounces on it, we just don’t know how to react. That being said, the slip-on Primeknit upper appears to be influenced by the adidas Ultra Boost. The stripe/pattern on the woven upper could very well be derived by the adidas NMD City Sock 2 and the Three Stripes side panel overlays that help hold the laces is something we?ve grown accustom to seeing on EQT models. Priced at $120, look for this colorway to debut on December 26th.
